Linda left Mia’s house.
It was already one hour passed. Mia was on her bed; she was still thinking about what Linda said to her. Mia sighed. She was puzzled, she was in dilemma that what she should do right now. She don't know if she should accept Andrew Scott's marriage proposal or not. She is not sure.
Mia was tired, tired of this life. Tired of living this vulnerable life. She was felling miserable. She is also wants to live a good life like a normal girl, a peaceful life and wants a person, a person on whom she could rely on. A person with whom she could share her pain. It's the life she always dreamed about. But she doesn't know if this dream of her would be true or not.
Mia’s mind was full of thoughts. Now it already dawn. Mia didn't sleep a little the whole night. A sleepless night is finally over.
Coscott company.
Andrew was very busy from the morning. As the former president is on a business trip now, Andrew have to manage the company here. It was the third meeting he held today. The meeting took almost one and half hour.
Andrew returned to his cabin after the last meeting. He sat on his comfortable easy chair and made a call- “How is she doing?”
After Two days.
Finally, two days passed. It’s the day Andrew was waiting eagerly. It's the day, he would get his answer from Mia.He is nervous. In these years he never became nervous before his big Tennis tournaments or before cracking any business deal for Coscott company. But today he is nervous. What if she will reject him. Andrew don’t know what he would do if she will reject him. Mia is the first girl in his entire life who attracts him. Andrew really don't want to let her go. But he don't want keep her by his side forcefully, it's against his will. Andrew wants her heart not only her body.
7 p.m. the same restaurant-today’s appointment.
Only two hours left.
After dealing with the company’s affairs Andrew came back to his place. Setting in front the big window he was thinking about Mia. When Mia was taking care of her little girl Miran.
One hour passed.
Mia was almost ready. Standing in front of the mirror she was looking at her reflection. She was impressed by her own appearance. She was wearing a knee length dress with light make-up.
“What I’m going to do…is it right?” She asked herself, looking in front of the mirror.
Mia close her eyes and took a deep breath to calm down herself.
Then after taking her phone and purse she left her apartment. She took a taxi to go to her destination.
Andrew was also on his way.
Both of them arrived the place almost at the same time. They took their place and without any delay Andrew ordered for the dinner.
After giving the order Andrew looked at Mia quietly and said with his low and attractive voice “So Ms. Swift have you thought about the marriage?” Andrew asked calmly, but he was very much nervous inside. But from the outside nobody could say that.
“Well yes.” Mia replied with a polite smile.
“So, what’s the answer?” Although Andrew was looking relaxed on the top but his fists could tell how tensed he was, his fists were tightly clutched.
“I think Mr. Scott is very eager to know the answer.” Mia smiled sweetly.
“Well” Andrew nodded his head and replied to Mia without any hesitation.
After a pause Mia said with a smile “As you said that let’s give it a try. Mr. Scott.”
As the response was in Andrew’s favor, he became very happy. But still he maintained his calm look.
“I’m happy that Ms. Swift accept my proposal, I’ll try my best to keep you happy in the future.” Mr. Scott said all these to Mia while maintaining his calm look.
As a response Mia smiled sweetly.
After the dinner Andrew drove Mia to her apartment. This time Mia didn't decline him like last time.
During the dinner they finalized the date for their marriage registration. The date was the day after tomorrow.
Mia don’t want to held a marriage ceremony for the time being and Andrew don’t want to force Mia. So, they will just apply for their marriage certificates.
This time Andrew gave her a ride to her home and Mia didn't deny either. There's no need for her decline him this time. After all they are going to be a married couple.
After about half an hour Mia arrived home. She entered her room, sat on her bed and made a call to Linda.
"Hello." Linda's voice came over the phone.
"Hmm." Mia replied with a indifferent voice.
"Are you busy?" Mia asked.
"No I'm not." Linda answered.
"Mia....are..are you alright?"
"I accepted Andrew Scott's marriage proposal."
"Really?"
"Well you did a good job."
"I just hope so." Mia said and sighed.
Mia's voice was very low and indifferent.Linda could tell that Mia was not happy with this decision.
"Mia.. are you really okay?" Linda was worried about Mia. And she was feeling guilty, after all it was Linda who forced her to do this.
"Hmm. I'm just a little tired. Need a good sleep."
"Alright. Good night." Linda said.
"Good night."
