Grace’s POV
“Did you have a great time?”.
I and Adam were walking out of the Cinema, we went to see one of my favourite movies.
“You bet!” I turned to him with a smile “I enjoyed every part of today and it’s all thanks to you,”.
“I am glad you did.” the corners of his mouth lifted in a smile that didn’t reach his eyes.
“What’s wrong?” I asked him.
“Wrong?” he turned towards me in confusion.
“You don’t look happy,” I sighed “I am so sorry dear. I’ve been so busy with my life lately and my problems. I have been negligent,”.
“N-no,” he reached for my hand “It’s nothing, really. I am not just happy, that’s all.” he smiled.
“Do you want to talk about it?” I asked him.
“Yeah.” he nodded with a smile.
“Well, I saw a café around the corner, we could go there and talk,”.
