Counter Attack

The enemy did not give me any chance to prepare and jump towards me.  luckily i was able to evade the attack from the giant monkey . my movements were limited in this field because the area was on fire and one wrong move i might get hurt i burn myself.  i gripped the Night’s fall tighly And prepared myself for another attack.  monkey jump again and try to squash me, but i was able to evade the attack again.  my body was really getting sweaty because of the temperature and also the tension coming from the enemy.  i don't know why but i'm getting this nervous feeling that there was something about this enemy.  i have to stay alert and make sure to check  the movements of this monkey.

 as far as i can remember the animals told me that the monkey was very agile and movements.  i don't know if i can match it speed using the dance of the moonlight.I someone to ice orbs and commanded it the giant monkey.   but as soon as the ice shards hit the enemy it melted halfway.  the heat in this field was really intense not even my attacks can pass through. 

 i am starting to get anxious on how to defeat this giant monkey.  i need to find a way on how can i destroy the core as fast as i can.  there's no time to waste because if i lingered here way too long  i might exhaust myself because of the intense heat.

 the monkey was trying to attack me again lashing out its tail towards me but i successfully evaded the attack . I almost tripped  on the flaming ground,  but i was able to pull myself up.

 that was close.

The monkey was trying to launch its attack towards me again and i prepared myself.  i summoned another ice orbs to serve as a backup. The monkey began to roar in anger as it tried to jump towards me again.  i was able to evade the attack this time, but i did not notice that there was a follow up attack.  i got hit by the monkey's tail,  sending me to the other side of the field.  i was lucky that i did not land on the burning part of the field. 

i tried to stand up but i suddenly felt the excruciating pain from the monkeys attack.  i saw that the monkey was trying  to launch another attack.

 i need to get up as fast as I can. 

I used the Night’s Fall as a support too stand up. I was almost hit by the attack again, but I was able to escape to the other side. I feel like I am getting exhausted already because of the pain and also the heat coming from this place. I moved towards the safe side of the field, preparing myself for another attack. 

Please, think! You need to find a way on how you can defeat the enemy. 

The monkey roared again, giving a signal that it was about to attack again. 

I need to think fast. If Ice will melt instantly, I have to use a water spell. Maybe I can use the magic that I cast during the battle with the evil bird. But It's not a good idea since i don't have a place to hide  unlike earlier.

 maybe there's another spell that i can use to summon  huge torrent of water. I tried to remember every spell that I have read from the scroll that I have borrowed from Estrella. I need to act fast before the monkey launches another attack towards me. I also have to be careful about it’s breath attack and it’s duplicating ability. The monkey still did not use those attacks. 

I saw that the monkey was getting ready again to attack me, and I positioned myself first, where I can escape fast. I ignited the Night’s fall just in case I have the opportunity to counter the enemies attack. 

The monkey jumped and pushed towards me. 

Too fast!

Instead of getting away, I received the attack by countering it with the Night’s Fall. I infused the sword with more energy so that I can match that enemy, but it was still the same. The monkey was too powerful for me to handle. To get away from this, I summoned four light orbs and attacked the enemy. It tried to aim at the  back of the beast, but it jumped away as fast as it can. It might have noticed my plan.

The beast was once more jump towards me and i successfully  escape the attack.   i run as fast as i can going to the opposite direction near the entrance of the field.  i was already exhausted by defending myself from the attacks and also cause of the heat.

I still cannot think of a spell  that i can use counter the enemy.  i need someone to help me buy  some time for me to cast a spell. but i remember that i was alone.  maybe i should have asked Ingo  come with me , but i  might have put is life in danger again. judging from the enemies that i  encountered so far.   it will be very dangerous for him to accompany me fighting the enemies when having that condition.  i don't want to cause a lot of trouble to them again since they already helped me a lot. 

  an idea suddenly came in my mind but i'm not sure this is going to work.

 can i really use the star shatterer?

 well there's nothing wrong if I go ahead and try. 

 it seems the monkey was also taking sometime planning on the next movements that's going to do.  this is an opportunity for me to summon  the weapon from the armory.  I returned the night’s fall back in the armory and picked up the Star Shatterer. 

As far as I can remember, this will take shape depending on what I wanted the weapon to be. I suddenly Realized that i can use the weapon to setup a barrier.  this will give me enough time cast a spell. 

 I wore the  weapon on my left hand and began infusing it with spiritual energy.  the weapon beguiling after receiving the energy from my body.  i close my eyes and try to imagine the shape of the weapon  that i wanted to use.  i try to imagine a very big bear with a very sturdy shield that can protect me from any attacks. I continued infusing The weapon with my spiritual energy.  little by little the pressure gather around the weapon and it began to glow as bright as the stars. 

After a few seconds, the barrier erected successfully. This is now my chance to cast a water attribute spell. I hurriedly recalled if there was an existing spell that I can use, and I luckily, there was one. I tried to check on the enemy, but he was still busy Figuring things out.

I started to remember the incantation, and I was lucky that I remembered everything. 

I closed my eyes and began to cast the spell when all of a sudden, the monkey jumped towards the barrier. His attack was deflected making the monkey angry. I continued focusing on the spell while the enemy was trying to break the barrier that I created. 

The monkey continued its barrage of attacks, but the barrier was sturdy enough to hold of the enemy. The monkey keeps on punching the barrier over and over again, but it was no use. The monkey's ominous aura rose suddenly, and started emitting a powerful dark energy. The enemy must have been upset that it was not able to break the barrier that I am using to protect myself from it's attacks. The monkey growled in anger, and punched the barrier nonstop. He was really angry and the heat around the surroundings was getting more intense than before. I can feel the evil intent coming from the monkey. It was getting stronger and stronger, and I am afraid that the barrier might not be able to hold of the pressure coming from the attacks. I still need a few more minutes to fully cast the spell that I wanted to use. 

Please cooperate with me now, buy me some time. Star Shatterer. The weapon glowed brightly as if it was responding to my request. The barrier began to glow brightly, doubling it's resistance. Earlier, it was starting to c***k from the attacks of the enemy, but now, it regenerate on it's own increasing the shield strength. I am almost there. I need a few more minutes and I'll be finished with this already. 

Please, please. Work this time. I'm already running out of breath because of the intense heat. The more the enemy got enraged, the temperature rose too. It is already giving me a hard time to breathing because of the intense pressure. 

The monkey did not give up and continued punching the barrier, trying to break my defenses. The more he hit the barrier, the star shatter keeps on increasing it's shield strength. I noticed that it is not draining that much energy from me unlike the Galeforce, or is this because of my powers were amplified already. 

Something bothered me because even after renewing my powers, there are really a lot of powerful enemies roaming the orient seas. I need to train as much as I can after defeating Lobo and reuniting with my siblings and friends,

I'm almost there. 

The monkey still kept on attacking the barrier, and I can see that it was getting exhausted already. I heard that the star shatterer has the ability to absorb the enemies spiritual energy. This weapon is really scary when it comes to firepower and capabilities. 

I'm done. 

Water that gives life to this world,

Listen to my prayer,  Wash away the evil, 

Vanquish those enemies who test you. 

Listen to my prayer, grant thy wish. 

Water Prison!

Waters began to erupt from the ground, surprising the enemy. The monkey jumped as far as it can evading the water eruption. The monkey looked like it was afraid of water. I continued using the spell, targeting the fields to kill the fire around the area. 

The monkey kept on evading the attacks, running from every spurt of water coming from the ground. The enemy growled in anger again, as if it was voicing out it's frustration.

The enemy keep on shouting with anger  as it tried to escape from my attacks.  the water continuously erupted from the ground putting off the fire that was on the ground as well.  little by little the fire on the area decreased and the heat started to lower down. 

 the monkey was really desperate on what to do right now so  instead of thinking,  started charging towards me and did not notice that there was another water eruption from the ground. The monkey got hit directly  and cried in pain.  the monkey move backwards trying to escape the other water eruptions that came out from the earth.  i continued the spell until the fire was totally put off. 

i successfully put off the fire that was covering the area. now i will  not have any troubles fighting the enemy as there are no restrictions that will hinder me to do what i want. the monkey noticed what i did and jump up and down in anger letting  out loud roar.  it was too loud and was very painful in the ears. 

 as soon as i  stop using the spell the monkey flew towards me and started bonding again on the shield. The monkey look desperate on every movements that he did.  i notice that the ominous aura coming from the monkey was getting more powerful than before.  this is not a good sign.

i need to destroy the core as fast as i can.  but how do i do that?  the monkey keep on attacking this shield not letting me out.  the monkey was thinking that i might exhaust my spiritual energy that's why  he kept on attacking the shield.  that's satisfied with what he was doing,  the monkey began to split itself into three.  this was what the animals mentioned the last time that i have talked with them.  they want me that i need to be really careful when fighting this enemy  because the strength this is equal to the original one.  the three monkeys started  pounding on the shield and i can feel the pressure suddenly.  star shatterer tried  to keep up but the enemy was really powerful and the shield was starting to break.

 i need to figure out a way on how a can i escape from this.  it will be really dangerous if i get caught up in here while the sheet is getting destroyed.   i need to create a diversion but how do i do that.  i cannot think of any way that can help me this time.  most of these pills i know take some time to cast so it will not be a good idea if i use that.  i might  have died already before casting the spell.

I tried to think of a way but there was nothing coming in my mind right now.  I am starting to feel anxious now. The more that i try to look for away the more that i got nervous stopping me on  my tracks.

 what should i do now? the shield is about to break ?i tried to infuse more spiritual energy on the a weapon but it was no use.  the monkey trio was really powerful as they keep on bashing on the shield.  i am already seeing dents,  and any moment now the shield  might break. 

 please think as fast as you can.

 you need to think of a way on how to here.  you should not let  The efforts of the other people go to waste.  think fast.  i know there's a way that i can escape the situation. 

 i can feel that the shield  was already at it's limit.  to prepare before the shield totally breaks,   enchanted myself increasing my  physical abilities just in case i  might got hit by the attack again.  i don't want to suffer from that excruciating pain again.  i only have a few moments left before the shield totally breaks. 

I am almost at the edge of giving up,  but i saw something that can help me is came from the situation.  i saw a good people coming towards me signalling to distract the enemy while they are performing a counterattack.  i tried to stay calm as much as possible for the enemy not to notice that there are other people that's going to attack. 

 i saw my sister giving me a signal to give them 3 minutes before they can totally launched their attack.  I nodded my head as a response.  i kept on  infusing my powers on the stars shatterer Hoping that it will hold on a little bit longer.  i tried to keep my composure even i was feeling afraid already. 

  one more minute left before  my shield total breaks. I keep on adding spherical pressure on the weapon.  the monkey's continued on bashing the shield hoping that it will break soon. The  monkey kept on adding pressure so that the shield that was protecting me will totally freak.  i can see that i am almost at my limit. i look at where my sister was hoping the table give me the signal so that i can escape from here. 

 a little bit more.

 two more punches and the shield begone to crumble. 

I was almost hit  by the punch coming from the monkeys,  but they were surprised  that another shield erected in front  of me.  i saw the monkeys facial expression as if it was saying what happened and they were also giving off a confused look. 

That's the signal that we are waiting for.

 now! i shouted.

 a powerful gust of wind started to blow in the field.  Ani  was about to fire the accumulated energy on her weapon. Ester also summoned the Star Shaterrer back to her and summoned a gigantic hammer. At the same time Baku and Saldang used their abilities to root the monkeys in place. The enemies try to escape but it was no use.  the monkeys were already weakened  when they kept to on bashing at my shield.  they did not notice not the barrier that i put up as the ability to absorb their spiritual powers.

 i raise my hand to give my friends a signal, then ani  released the bow, as well as ester pounding the hammer at the enemies.

There was a loud explosion that was heard all over the place.
