Boat

I walked towards my brother to check on his condition. Anan said that he was feeling better, and we can go ahead and continue the ritual training. I agreed with him. There is no time to waste since the Full Moon will be tomorrow.  Baku was done talking with Makisig and called me to go to them. "What is it?" I asked them.  'Do you remember the ring that I gave you when we started our journey?"  "Yes," I answered and took out the ring from the dimensional storage. "You can give that to Anan," Baku said.  "Why?"  "The purpose of that ring is to control the flow of the spiritual energy. Since you just got your abilities that time, I gave the ring to you. But your growth was too rapid that I even forgot to tell you how to use that ring." Baku explained.  "Thanks for telling me, Baku. This will be an excellent help for Anan."  "Of course, Ayari. As long as I can help you." I hurriedly went to Anan and told him what Baku said to me. I gave a ring to him, and he happily accepted the item. I told him that the ring will serve as a regulator to control the spiritual energy output and input.  "Let's go ahead and try it again, but Anan, please be careful, okay?" I said. "Yes, I will—big brother. Don't worry about me." "Okay, that's good then," I said.  We went back to the platform to perform the ritual again. This time, we focused so that we can master the spell in no time.  ---- Somewhere in Adlaw "Master, I have something to report you about the chosen warriors." "What is it? Go ahead and tell me." The old man holding a staff said.  "I saw them preparing for a ritual. I overheard that they will be guiding souls to the underworld."  "What? To think that they managed to develop that far. This is not a time to fool around. Let's take this as an opportunity to take them down." The old man said.  "Yes, master." ---- Forest of Retribution I continued channeling my energy towards the center of the swamp. Everything was going well, especially on Anan's end. Large clusters of light gathered at the center, and slowly, the portal was getting bigger.  "Keep it up, guys," Makisig said.  I kept on regulating my spiritual flow, and I am slowly feeling my group's spiritual energy. I can't explain the feeling. The sensation was so relaxing, and It's heartwarming.  I closed my eyes and started reciting the same spell that Baku taught us. As soon as I finished chanting the spell, a massive boat in the middle of the swamp appeared. It was a boat made from silver and gold. It was embedded with onyx, and there were ancient texts inscribed there. We were shocked by what we saw. Aside from the boat, a golden key appeared and flew towards me.   "What's this?" I asked Baku.  "That's the key to the passage of the underworld. You will use that to open the gate that connects to the end." Baku explained.  "And what about that huge boat?" Apo asked.  "The chosen of the moon will ride that to lead the souls to their rightful places," Makisig answered.  "So you mean I will be really acting as a guide for those souls?" "Yes." Baku and Makisig answered.  "Oh, I see. So is there any guarantee that I can go back here once I helped them?" "Silly Ayari, of course. But your time is limited there. You should not exceed an hour there because if you do so, it will damage your soul." Makisig answered.  "What?" "What Makisig said was true, so once you get in there. Don't get distracted by what you see there." Baku warned me.  "Oh, okay. I'll take note of that. I don't want to be locked up in that place."
