"Your plan failed again, Berberoka!" The man with the staff shouted at him.

"I'll try again, Sir!" Berberoka said to their leader.

"I'll let Tiktik handle this one." He said.

"Yes, Leader. I'll bring victory this time." Tiktik said to the man.

Tiktik was the man among the group, while Berberoka was the opposite.

"Do not fail again, or the Evil Lord will kill us this time." The older man said.

Pine Lagoon - Saldang's House

We stayed for another day at the Pine Lagoon before departing to the lost village of the stars. Anan decided to help in the recovery of Lagas.

He was still weak after the miasma mas removed from him. There are remains in his body, and Anan volunteered to extract what's left. It was a painful process for both the healer and the inflicted one because of the treatment's side effects. Anan needs to sacrifice some of his spiritual energy from him, and in exchange, he needs to let the miasma flow in his body. The process was tedious, but also, with the help of Ester, we successfully removed the remains of the dark aura.

Saldang and I discussed the incident here in the Lagoon. We talked about the voice that echoed around the Lagoon and the organization behind this incident. It's bothersome because they might have scattered all over the Orient Seas. We still don't know their actual plans.

The one who planted the core on Lagas was from the organization. To think such groups exist, we need to deal with them. We should retrieve the remaining relics and successors.

I also asked Saldang about the Luminary, what the voice mentioned. I told her that I did not read anything about that, and also, it was not said by Baku. Even Lakambini and the deities did not tell me about it.

She was hesitant at first, but finally, I was able to convince Saldang. Saldang said that the Luminary is on par with the deities, as whoever would be given that title can ascend at the Celestial Seats. The Luminary can be a savior or a foe of humanity. I asked her why they called me a Luminary, but Saldang doesn't know the answer. Instead, she told me that Estrella holds the largest keepsake of records, or what call a library.

The stars' village kept many secrets as they constantly research things and hungry for knowledge. Some of their discoveries were unknown to the world and were kept hidden.

Saldang told me that Estrella's path was a lot harder, as monsters and creatures inhabit it. We also need to unravel the traps and riddles set there. There are rumors that villagers from Estella were still alive and hid from the human's eye. It was because of greed and discoveries that they don't want to share.

After that, Saldang decided to check Lagas, and I was left alone in her living room. I kept on thinking about the recent events, and it keeps on piling up. It's giving me headaches.

I did not notice that I dozed off, and it must be because of exhaustion.

I woke up again in a familiar place, with the moon shining brightly. I am at Mayari's realm. She welcomed and congratulated me on my recent achievements. Mayari said that my name was making a buzz at the Celestial Seats.

I knew already, and It was because of the Luminary thingy. Mayari told me that I should not mind it because the enemy might be using false claims to provoke everyone.

How is it essential to be a luminary? Even Mayari can't tell me. As we continued to talk about things, Tala appeared and called us.

I asked her about the Star Shatterer, and she described it as a pair of gloves, and if it was infused with spiritual energy, it turns into a gauntlet. She said that it could be used on the offensive and as well as the defensive.

With full force, it can shatter mountains and make the earth split, and even call upon a meteor. Now I understand why it was considered dangerous. I tried to ask Tala the same question as Mayari, and I got the same answer.

It's no use.

I close my eyes, and when I opened my eyes, I was in my room already. I saw Apo sitting on the bed beside me. I noticed that he was holding my hand. When he saw me awake, he hurriedly pulled out his hand. Even with his tan complexion, I can still see him blushing.

I thanked him for carrying me into the room.

It was already night time when I looked at the window. I can hear a festive vibe, and maybe the citizens are celebrating. Apo asked me if I wanted to join them, but I decided to stay in my room. After some time, I heard someone knocking at the door. I thought it was Apo, but instead, it was Lagas.

I assisted him in going into my room and sitting on the chair near the window. Lagas said that he wanted to thank me personally before I left the Lagoon. I told him that it was okay because I can't stand it when someone asked for my help.

He told me that he was really hopeless, but when Lagas felt my presence, he tried to communicate with me. He said that he was lucky that someone as good as me appeared in the Lagoon. He had waited for a long time to appear, to remove the seed from him.

Lagas told me that he wants to serve me and accompany me on the journey, but I declined the offer. I said to him that Pine Lagoon needs him, and he should stay to help her sister guard it.

It took some time before he agreed to stay here. Instead, he gave me a small pouch and if I need help. I just need to pull out the thing inside it, and he would come to help us.

I tried to open it, but Lagas stopped me from doing so. I understood what he meant and kept the pouch in my luggage.
