Rain POV
I wake up form the best sleep I have ever had, I look out the window and its a beautiful day its sunny and the forest looks so inviting, I wonder if Blaze and the doctor will let me out today. I sit for a while day dreaming about being out in the forest with Blaze. There is a knock at my door.
"Come in" I see Dr.Hoop step into the room he smiles at me.
"How are you settling in Rain?" He asks as he sits down in the chair next to the bed.
"I'm very good actually, have you got everything sorted at the hospital?" I wondered how long he got off work for he can't stay here forever.
"Yes I have quit working at the hospital, I have been thinking about it for some time but did not want to leave you on your own"
"Wait you quit, what are you going to do now?" Is he going to leave will I never see him again he is the closest thing I have to a dad.
"I'm actually going to work here and move in with the pack, apparently they have needed another doctor for a while so as you are here I thought id come to I don't have any family or friends who live near me anyway"
"Oh well I am actually a little glad, you see I see you as a dad for me, I never had one and you where always so caring and nice, I hope it doesn't upset you" I never told him this I was afraid it would scare him off.
"Why would it upset me, I have always seen you as the daughter I never had" He gently hugs me, its such a relief he sees me as family as well. He let me go and then we hear another knock at the door.
"Come in" Blaze and Dr.Sims enter Blaze walks over to me and give me a kiss on the head.
"Good morning Rain, how are you feeling" I notice that Dr.Sims is still stood in the door way staring at Dr.Hoop.
"Im fine, but I think something is bothering Dr.Sims" Then out of no where Dr.Hoop goes over to her and kisses her. WHAT IS GOING ON !!
"Do they know each other Blaze?" He looks at my shocked face and chuckles.
"No I don't think they do, I believe that they are fated partners"
"What is a fated partner" I'm so confused it's not normal to just kiss someone you never met before.
"Its like a mate but for witches and warlocks, they call it a fated partner" Blaze then looks at the two doctors and coughs to get their attention. Both finally stop making out, if they had carried on I think they would have had s*x, not a sight I want to see.
"I'm very sorry Alpha, he's my fated partner" Dr.Sims said with a beaming smile.
"It's fine I understand but maybe you should learn each others names before you starts having children" Both go bright red at what Blaze said I think I did a little too.
"Yes my apologies Alpha" Dr.Hoop bows towards blaze and then turns to Dr.Sims "Hello i'm Lucas Hoop and I was supposed to be starting as the new doctor here today"
"Nice to meet you I am Eve Sims and I am the Doctor here so welcome to the team" The both seem to be so excited.
"Dr.Sims if you come and check on Rain and once you are done you can go with Dr.Hoop and get better acquainted" she finally looked away from Dr.Hoop and started to walk over to me.
"Yes sorry about that, hello Rain" I just giggle.
"Its alright I don't mind, I was a little shocked though" She comes over and asks me some questions about how i'm feeling, If I have had anymore symptoms, she checks my blood pressure and all the usual.
"Well you seem pretty good this morning so I'm happy for you to leave the hospital room for the day but please be careful and be back after dinner" Oh yes this means I might get to go out to the forest as well. with that both the doctors bows there heads to Blaze and waved goodbye to me.
"Is it normal for fated partners to fall in love at first sight?" I ask Blaze I was wondering as he did not seem to be as award with me.
"Yes all the supernatural race have those reactions when they find their .... significant other" This confuses me as go did not act like that with me.
"Why did you not act like that with me then?" He looked shocked he smiled at me.
"Because you were human, I did not want to scare you, I know humans have a totally different way they find love. However i'm happy to treat you like that from now on, it's really hard to keep control around you" Then before I could register all he said he place a small kiss on my lips. My Brain just stoped.
"I .... Um ...." He chuckles lightly.
"Don't worry i'm not going to push you I can wait till you're ready .... love" Love did he call me love, I am 100% sure that i'm red as a tomato now.
"Do you mind if I call you love?" No I don't mind I really like it I have never had a boyfriend before, wait is he my boyfriend do wolfs do that, am I moving to fast.
"No I like it, I have a question though" I need to clarify what we are I don't want to get ahead of myself.
"Sure go ahead"
"Are we dating now, do wolfs do that" he smiles at me.
"Normally wolfs skip past dating and straight to mating, mating is like the wolf version of marriage. But i'm happy to be your boyfriend we can go at your own speed" Straight to marriage so actually i'm moving really slow for him, but I just can't do that I have to get to know him and this place first.
"Thank you I don't think i'm ready for marriage yet and id like to be your girlfriend" he gets up and extends his hand to me.
"Then that's settled we are officially dating now, on that note would you like to come with me to get breakfast and meet some other members of my pack?" I am so excited about all this meeting new people and having a boyfriend for the first time.
