Chapter 21 – Fernanda
This day turned into a nightmare. I had managed to get myself involved in something I should have never allowed. But at the same time, I was grateful I was there and that I was able to help Frank. Paige, who is warrior Micah’s sister, filled me in on the situation at home. Melissa and Micah were fated mates and Frank is her brother. Melissa was the teacher I would be filling in for because she was put on bedrest. Both she and her brother are fully humans, and they were both now in at risk situations. If warrior Micah is anything like his sister Paige, I had to do everything I could for their family, they seemed like good-hearted people.
