Two hours later Drake was still sitting in his room. Truth be told, he spent most of his time there now. It made it easier to try and shield the crew from the effects of their link to him, but he knew it was damaging morale. He looked up as the door chime went, checked and saw that Sonia was waiting outside. He set the door to open and she stepped in. She looked absolutely shattered. Drake knew she was pulling close on double shifts to take up the slack he was leaving, and he was struggling with the guilt of that as well.
