“I'm FINE”, Jacob growled making his parents startle.
“Calm down mom and dad, do you think something would happen to me? The strongest hybrid?” he said smugly. Proud enough for being someone who can't be easily hurt.
Both Mr and Mrs Jonas looked at each other and let out a shaky smile.
“Son, for us you are still that baby Jacob who didn't know anything about his powers”, Mrs Jonas said caressing Jacob's cheeks.
“Mom? We have a guest here. Let's talk about it later?”, Jacob stepped back from his parents and walked towards the couch to sit beside Braelyn. He was annoyed for sure.
“Baby Jacob? You never shared about your childhood”, Braelyn mumbled as Jacob sat beside her.
But Jacob's death stare made Braelyn understand how aggravated he was, making her shut her mouth and look away
