“Your voice, keep it low”, Lisa whispered. “There would be a problem if anyone hears you” she was afraid.
Jacob nodded gradually and walked away to lie down on the bed, letting out a sigh.
“I wanted to see you, I don't know why”, Jacob said with disconcertment. Lisa glanced at Jacob with tumult, while Jacob was blankly staring up at the ceiling.
“Aren't you happy to see me?”, Lisa asked with a flicker of curiosity. “If you want to go back then you may”.
She thought if he was fighting with his mind and heart for meeting her. And coming to her place might have disappointed him. Lisa glared at him with her crooked eyebrows for an answer.
“I didn't mean that. Can I stay here tonight?”, Jacob asked with his adorable bunny grin which no one can deny.
“Of course, you can”, she let out
