Jia was late for the school which made her run to go and reach in time. Her brother Daniel didn't come home last night too which made it difficult for her to wake up early in the morning and neither did Jack show up yesterday night to her.
As soon as she entered her school building, everything around her was silent as if there was no one in the entire school. She stopped in her place and took a glimpse of everything around her.
Not a single voice was there to be heard and neither a presence of anyone that she could feel.
Jia took out her cell phone from her bag and checked the day, it wasn't a holiday or Sunday.
