The Return

Dom starts to look around his pack as they start to arrive towards the packhouse. But there is one problem he cannot see any of his pack members what is going on here. But, as soon as they started to pull into the packhouse everyone was there to welcome him home he felt so loved he missed his pack but, had to leave two years ago for his own well being and health. He is glad to be home know there was a full-blown welcome party happening but like he made himself a promise. As soon as he got out the car, he greeted the pack members on the way to the graveyard to visit his parents.

           When he got to the graveyard it has been well kept no surprise there, he went to his parent’s grave and just stood their staring thinking to himself I could have prevented it if I were not such a coward back then. “Hi mom, hi dad I know it’s been a while since I’ve come to visit and I’m sorry I just needed time. I have been in a state of trance since that night but there is one face, I cannot forget one face that I am going to have to tell Samantha participated in your murder and that is our uncle Fabian. Dad why will your own brother kill you was he after being alpha if that the case then why did he try to help after you were killed. I have so many questions I know you cannot answer me I will have to ask the Moon Goddess or figure it out myself. When I found out that my uncle planned the whole murdered, I went after him I did almost kill him but, someone saved him. That is why I left all those years ago to hunt him down, but I could not find him he went into hiding but when I find him, I promise you I will kill him and avenge your deaths. I miss you so much it has been hard, but I know that when I find my mate it will get easier. I will love my mate dad like you loved my mom and I will introduce her to you once I meet her. I will visit more often know that I’m home Love you.”

           He turned around and started to go back towards the packhouse to spend time with his pack member. When he arrived, he started talking to everyone and having a fun time he had a lot of work that needed to be done know that he was back home. He had to get back to becoming an alpha and make his dad and his pack proud. But today was time for celebration time to celebrate my return. Everyone was happy barbecuing and drinking all the pups were running around playing around the pond. The most precious and valued people of the pack are the women and the pups. If the pack were to be attacked the women and the pups would be sent the fortress under the packhouse. Were they would be safe until the attack is over, we have a group of elite warrior women and men who help fight in case of an attack. I love my pack they work so hard both men and women to protect our pack.

           As I was getting another plate of food, I see a little girl crying looking for her mother. I went up to her and she looked scared like she wanted to run away. I went down to my knees, and I said, “Hi my name is Dom what’s your name, if you want, I can help you look for your mom.” She looked at me and said “I scared I want my mommy. My name is Selene my mommy making food.” I looked at her. She looks no older then three years old but, and yet she can talk so clearly. I asked her if she had eaten, and she just looked at me and nodded. So, I took her hand and started walking towards the kitchens in hope we can find her mother maybe the little girl walked away from her babysitter while her mom works. I used to do it all the time as a kid I loved helping my mother in the gardens it was a time I would get to spend with my mom, and she would always be waiting for me after she found out that there was no use in stopping me she used to tell my dad let kids will be kids.

           The little girl was still scared to be around me she kept looking around to see if she could see her mom. Dom kept looking down at Selene she is as cute as a doll I wonder who her mom is I know everyone or almost everyone in my pack. Selene looked at me said “Sir are you the boss you said you Alpha it means you boss right.” Dom looked at her surprised by her question, but he told her “I’m not the boss but more like a protector to everyone living here in this pack.” Selene yawned and said, “that sounds very tiring.” I laughed so hard and said “yes, it is but, it’s worth it as long as my pack and my home are safe, I don’t mind the demanding work.” As we were getting closer to the kitchen Selene was getting excited to see her mom.

           The kitchen is terribly busy due to the party but everyone in the kitchen was cleaning since all the cooking was done. As soon as we enter the kitchen the sweet scent of lavender and vanilla hits him his wolf Matt yelled in his head “MATE!!” I turn and see the most beautiful women with strawberry red hair and eyes the color of purple. Selene looks up at me and says, “that’s my mom.” Mom!!! I’ve been looking for you” Her mom turned and then looked at me with scared eyes and said “hi baby” but the look she gave me was one of scared person that have gone through hell. I do not know what is going on does she already have a mate or am I second chance mate. I turned to her and said hi my name is Dom, and I just came to drop off this cutie here to you since she was crying for you Courtney, I haven’t seen you in years.” Courtney looks at him and walks away like a scared little wolf.
