This cannot be happening why know of all times does Dominic decide to come home how can this be I need to get out of here. It has been six years since I first saw Dominic six long years. He was my childhood crush every time I would come over to play with his sister, he was also at the house always teasing me. The night before his parents died, we were out talking in the balcony, and he kissed me not just a peck on the lips but a full-blown kiss. Then when his parents were killed so were mine a lot of people lost their lives that night trying to protect their Alpha and Luna. Just when I thought I was safe a human werewolf hunter came into my home and kidnapped me. I was forced to marry him by everyone, or they said they would come to the pack and kill everyone else that was alive. They wanted to see if a human and werewolf could make a werewolf pup.

           All those years I was locked up in a dungeon and treated like a w***e by my own husband. I was beaten and r***d continually by my husband and his friends who were also werewolf hunters. Those six years were hell on earth until I got pregnant. Those nine months was the only time my husband was nice to me. They wanted to evaluate their theory when Selene was born, he was enraged. The reason being was because he wanted a boy not a girl. So, the beatings continued as soon as I gave birth. Selene is terrified of her father, and she has every right to be. Three months ago, my husband threw Selene against the wall and broke one of her ribs because he believed she was the devils daughter. That was the last straw that is when I decided to escape but, I needed to do it carefully or else I would die. I have attempted to escape before, and I almost died because of it thank God for my fast-healing werewolf alpha blood. Yes, I have alpha blood but on my mom’s side not my dad’s. But women alpha is unheard of and frowned upon in the werewolf community.

           I managed to escape my abusive husband but, unfortunately, I am still married to him. I am scared to ask for a divorce due to him being able to find me. I am scared that he will find me and kill me and my daughter. I always knew that Ed was not my mate but being forced to get married at an early age there was not anything I could do. All those years were hell but, I lived through it. I will eventually ask for a divorce but, I know that he is looking for me I have heard rumors of him looking for me by name which is why I had to change my name and my daughters name for our own protection. I was not expecting Dom to be my mate I do not want a mate all I would do is put everyone in danger. That is something I am not willing to do especially after what this pack has been through.

           I am one hundred percent sure that if I tell Dominic what happened to me that he will protect me with his life. But I honestly do not know if anyone can be trusted with my secret. I know Ed and the werewolf hunters has spies everywhere but, I know for sure that the vampires are also looking for me since they both work together to get rid of werewolf’s who they call the devils in disguise. At the same time, I know I must tell Dominic what is going on not only because I am his mate but also because I live in his pack. I am thinking about this trying to decide on what to do. When my daughter comes to my room and says, “mommy I just saw daddy and I ran to you.” I looked at her scared, but I know I must do something, so I go and look for my mate Dominic its time he knows the truth. I grab my daughter and head towards the office of Dominic I knock on his door. I hear him say “come in.” When I open the door, I am shocked it is my dad I thought he had died how is it possible that my dad is here is my mom also alive. I run to him and start crying my daughter just looks at me and grabs my shirt. I look down and say, “sweetie this is your grandpa Jerry.” I remember why I came to the office and turned around and told Dom “Can we talk its urgent.” He looked at me and said, “yes go ahead.” I took a deep breath and I told him everything from my husband to the vampires, the r***s, and the kidnapping. I even told him about him putting his hands on Selene and he was mad like really mad. I look at my dad and he is crying he grabs my daughter and hugs her but, I know he is pissed off as well. I look at Dom and then at my dad and say “one more thing my husband is outside asking questions if anyone has seen me. My daughter is deathly afraid of her dad.” My dad and Dominic look at each other then I see my dad’s eyes gloss over I know he is mind linking someone. When the door opens my mom comes in, I start to cry but Dominic touches my shoulder and says, “let’s go you can catch up later.” I nod and turn around my dad and Dominic with me. We walk out the packhouse and start looking for Ed. I spot him he looks at me but, doesn't recognize me. I turn and walk towards Dom and tell him "Dom he is over there."
