Chronicles of Rico

Rico didn't know how to escape the buff men in black suits following him in a black car. He ran through the streets, dodged the pedestrians moving the opposite way and skateboarders just to get out of their view. Finally they lost his trail after a lot of twists and turns he had to take from the farmers market to a very new part of the city, "A forest?!" he said surprised with where he'd gotten himself this time. He was lost and alone but he began to scan the environment to check if he'd been there before when he couldn't help but notice a gate and it's post right there in the forest, curiosity suddenly took over, he just couldn't help himself but go closer, the closer he got the more he could see the gate's details, it was golden with a bronze tree crested on the center of the gate, he could even see the bronze leaves on the tree. Suddenly he heard a loud voice from behind him "Hey kid, think we'd loose you huh ? Well think again because we did and this time we aren't letting you go" said one of the men that vaguely acted as the leader "He's going to be so proud when we capture you" Rico knew he was in big trouble but why? Why him? Why now? Why here? He was an orphan with no other family left since they all mysteriously vanished as the headlines told the public and all the money in their will was passed down to an unnamed organisation which was totally unfair of them he could have been living a life of luxury, throwing parties every weekend and of course attend regular school like regular kids. "Wait a minute" he thought out loud with a puzzled reaction realising and actually thinking about what they said "Some dude is looking for me? " They just smiled dangerously and began to close in on Rico and as they advanced closer to him his reflexes kicked in and he did the smartest thing hia brain could think of, run. He managed to create a minor distance and sustain it occasionally looking back to know how far he'd gotten until he slammed his head on a tree and he slowly went unconscious "N-no " were the only things he said before seeing three figures about his age jumping out of nowhere to fight!! ******* Rico woke up to find himself in a room on a sick bed. He scanned the room to find a girl looking right back at him in amazement and disgust which was normal for a homeless boy, "He's wake guys" she said rushing out of the room "where are those two anyways?" Rico thought she looked really sweet but that wasn't going to get him. He tried his very best to get up from the bed but it was no use all his limbs ached and throbbed like they were about to burst open and fall to the ground. With all the pain he felt he passed out again. "You think he's still alive?" Rico heard a girl talking with someone or some people. Rico felt warm around his body, his eyes fluttered open to see the girl from before healing him?! "Wh-who are you?" Rico said lost in her eyes "where am I where is this place, who were those men that were chasing me and how did you appear out of no where to fight them?" "Aren't you a curious boy" said a man as he walked through the door, he looked like a scholar and a martial artist had a baby. "Welcome to the academy Rico"
