CHAPTER 9 SANNE When I wake up, it’s definitely earlier than it was yesterday. It’s still a little dark outside and the gap between the curtains lets in a grey light. I curl a little deeper under the covers, at least the bedroom isn’t almost freezing cold when I wake up, like it was yesterday, it’s a pretty nice temperature now. But that doesn’t mean that I want to get out of bed yet. I check my phone, but there isn’t much on social media or in my email inbox. Which is good, on the holiday side of things, but it also feels a little lonely. Maybe I should get Josie’s numbers today… I totally forgot about that before, but it would make meeting up a lot easier.
