It’s been 6 years and my hair is still white with not so much as a single strand of hair showing any color.
Eric sat on the ground spacing out watching the clear sky and the clouds rolling by. As he was spacing out he was unaware of his surroundings and a shrill scream came out “FREE THE ALIENS YOU !” Before the woman could even finish her sentence she was frozen in the air and put to sleep. Eric’s mother came out from behind the boulder. Kai jumped up from behind her and summoned his arctic friend. Kai said to the arctic wolf “Shiro take this woman back to the city border at night and leave her where people can see her in the morning.” Shiro huffed and went on her way.
“ERIC DUDE” Kai yelled out. “YOU may not have your abilities yet but you sure can attract all these weirdos to you.... Hey maybe thats your gift huh little bro?”
Their mother chuckled
Eric had a stern look unfazed with the comments his brother was making. People lunged at him so many times that he had grown immune to the surprise attack and kept his composure while his mother and brother finished the work. Dad doesn’t like to help since his creatures/animals are way to powerful for the job it would be catastrophic summoning them.He specifically told the workers that he will not participate unless it is critical. So his mom and brother usually get the work done by following Eric around as he always has people lunging at him all with the same line “FREE THE ALIENS” some dramatic entrance sentences are not very nice as Eric sat in the same position he thought to himself (they’re lucky that the government doesn’t use brute force or they’d all be dead now...)
After sitting in thought for a while he decided to meditate and concentrate on being able to summon his first “friend” As his siblings were prodigies they had no idea how it happened and couldn’t describe any feeling or give any good advice. His dad thought that his kids should learn from experience and he doesn’t need to teach them since this is something that comes when almighty feels that the time is right. In actuality Eric just thought his father was plain lazy. It was true his summons were very powerful but he was also lazy when it came to teaching his kids how to be a summoner and how to summon anything. his mother tried her best to help Eric but couldn’t quite grasp the concept since she was naturally a mage and not a summoner. Knowing she couldn’t really help she tried which made Eric thankful for his mother.
While Eric sat on a boulder in his meditating state he heard a rustle in a little bush next to him. His eyes shot open looking around hoping to see something but still... there was nothing. A little desert rodent popped up from behind the bush and sat and stared at Eric. As Eric sighed he talked to the little critter “ you scared me there little buddy”
To which a reply was given “WHO YOU CALLING LITTLE BUDDY CHUMP”
