Dimly I became aware of Thana's scent. It was stronger than anything else but it took me a long time to really lock on to it and even when I did I couldn't believe my eyes.
She shouldn’t be here. Logan had promised me he would protect her. Bringing her here wasn’t protecting her. She should have been on the first flight back home.
