13 Brian and Imelda Brian’s margins were thin, very thin, but his work was steady. Unfortunately, new customers only wanted to buy from him if he could offer lower prices. Brian’s business was in paralysis; he just didn’t know how, to break out of it. Finding something new seemed like an impossible task, and he tried not to think about it: How could he find new customers? How could he find something new? How could he make more money? How? How could he get out of this spiral? The more he thought about it, the more “how” questions he had, the harder it seemed.
