Riley I woke up to the smell of baking pies with apple and cinnamon drifting through the air. I smiled as I awoke to the delicious smell before I remembered I had promised Virginia I would help with all the baking today so the desserts would be ready. My stomach dropped as I realized I was late. I sat up in bed, the covers tossed around me from what was surprisingly a good night's rest.
