Footsteps came up the doors and Sean entered my room. Taking his shoes off and then his shirt and laying down next to me. Wrapped his arms around me.
“I love you Nora.”
I took a deep breath and started to fall asleep.
“I love you too.”
“Good night.” He kissed me on the forehead. And with that I closed my eyes.
I didn't have a dream and I felt good not to have one. I was the first one to wake up. I watched Sean sleep for a minute or too. He looked so peaceful and restful. If that was even a word. But for him it worked. Never in the life time that I have knew Sean, have I seen him sleeping. I on the other hand feel asleep on him many times. But he never seemed to mind me doing that. And now I knew why. He laid with a arm around me and the other next to his face. He breathing path was light. I lead over him to look at the clock. It wasn't ever six yet and today we didn't have to be to school tell ten. When I looked back at him his eyes where opened.
“Well good morning beautiful.” I smiled at him.
“Good morning how did you sleep?”
He lead over me. “What are we going to do for five hours?”
“Answer my question first.”
“I slept great next to my baby.”
“Okay well I don't know what do you want to do?”
“Lay in bed kissing.”
“Sounds good to me.”
He looked me in the eyes then kissed me on the cheek then the forehead and moving down to my lips. He smile through the kiss as him moved down my neck and then stopped. He looked up at me. “You know if I keep kissing you I won’t stop.” I looked at him and didn't say a word. He moved back to my lips and I lose my breath. He smiled and then kissed me deeper and deeper.
By the time our make-out class was over the clock said seven.
“Sean, I need to take a shower okay.”
“Oh really, why? You smell so good to me. I don't think you need one.”
“Sean!”
I got out of bed and walked into the bathroom turning on the water looked back at Sean and know that this wasn't going to happen again. To have this thought repeat again and again. He smiled as I closed the door looking at the back of the door then opening it again.
“Sean will you come in and just talk tell I’m done?”
“Sure.” Hopping off the bed and coming into the bathroom. He talked tell I was done.
“I’ll be just right outside the door so that you can get dressed. After I heard the door close I jumped out and put my clothes on then opened the door to see Sean right there like he said he would. Holding something in his hand.
I walked past him. “What?”
“Come here.”
“Why?”
“Just come here. Please.”
Walking over to him and then looking up. “Yes?”
“Turn around.”
I smiled and turned.
And in his hands was a necklace. Resting it on my neck and then moving his arms around me. I looked down at the heart-shaped locket. Open he whispered softly. The words inside hurt to the bones.
In small letters it said
Me marier un jour ma chérie!
I looked at him. “And where would we live?”
“I was thinking Lyon.”
“Lyon sounds good.”
“Really?”
“Yes Sean it does.” I smiled as I pulled away. “Where do you think you going?” I stopped cold.
Sean walked over slow. “Nora you okay? Oh my, you’re cold to the touch Nora.”
“I'm fine, just that something that he said the night that I try to ran. Stupid me.”
“Nora you're not stupid you fought like hell to get out of there and you did.” Turning into his arms I laid my head on his chest. “I'm sorry I didn't mean to say that.”
“Sean it fine okay.”
“You sure?”
“Well not really.”
“Okay lets get something to eat then go to school.”
