Chapter 21 * Jamie**
When Bella and River returned home to Florida a week after the party, we were all missing them. It took some time for us to adjust to being 2 less people again. Jordan filled his extra time with s*x and I was ok with that. We had a very busy month with clients and finalizing the Block Party. I had an extra surprise I was working on but wasn’t sure I’d be able to pull it off. Jordan’s kids texted me every now and then, which I loved. It meant they really did like me and felt comfortable with me. I had them help me with my surprise. They worked to soften their mother to me. They must have done a good job because when I texted her asking if we could video chat, she actually agreed. I made sure Jordan had appointments that morning and I went downstairs to my home office to call Bernadette.
