(Seraphina POV)
“Congratulations, Miss Seraphina. You are five weeks pregnant, and the babies are healthy.” The doctor handed me the report, and I felt a different kind of warmth in my heart like never before. Although I didn’t think about pregnancy before today, after looking at the reports, I felt so many emotions at once, which I didn't know how to process at all.
“Thank you so much, Dr. Ravina. Please don’t tell anyone about it.” I paid her extra just to keep this meeting a secret, and she agreed after tons of pleas.
“Sure, Ms. Seraphina! You don’t have to worry about it at all. Your secret is safe with me,” She assured me, and I gave her a tight-lipped smile before standing up from my chair. Many different scenarios started playing in my head about future possibilities.
