Damien checked his phone as he drove the car. He smirked when he got to the location.
"Where are we going, baby? " The girl beside him asked, rubbing his hand as she leaned towards him like a lovesick puppy.
"Someone I know opened a cafe around here. Let's go there to check it out, "
"A cafe? " Her expression turned salty all of a sudden. "I thought you'd take me somewhere expensive today! " She whined like a child. "This is our date, "
"I know, baby, " Damien looked at her. "It's a good cafe. The family that opened it isn't a small one. Let's just get something sweet before going to get lunch wherever you want. How does that sound? " He asked.
"Okay, fine, " She rolled her eyes.
