"He's sleeping, sir," Dayana said as Alexander entered the resting room.
"Hmm… Did you give him something to eat?" The alpha asked as he walked towards his mate.
Dayana bit her lips nervously. "I offered but he refused, sir, "
Alexander frowned when he heard his secretary."Why? "
"Hmm… he said he had a headache, sir—"
"What? Why didn't you tell me?!" The alpha turned around to face her.
"He-He asked me not to—"
"Dayana, you're supposed to take orders from me and not him, " Alexander's frown deepened.
"I know, sir… but he looked like he was going to cry… '' Dayana looked down, making the alpha release a sigh.
"Tell my driver to be in front of the building. I'm going home right now, " He said before turning to the omega who was sleeping.
