Jude chuckled when he heard the word perfect. There wasn't anything in his life that could be described as perfect. He wasn't perfect nor was his life.
The only family he has is Nancy. But even her love….had a limit. Nancy is a good person and she loved him too. She even gave him her last name and he will be forever grateful for that. She was there for him when everyone in the orphanage ignored him, bullied him, and made him feel worthless.
But Nancy had a life too.
And unfortunately, Nancy's mate and children weren't that fond of him like she was. They hated him and there was nothing Nancy could do about it.
