The Pheonix Wings

CHAPTER 1 In the palace, there is a daughter of the emperor, she a little princess she about 10 years old, her name is princess Li yen. She had a brother is 18 years old his name is Li wei, he is a general in early age appointed by the emperor his father himself because he had a talent and also smart young man. They live in harmony. But one day the brother of the emperor is a bad person , jealousy and scheming person. He wanted to get rid of Princess Li yen to avenge of the death of his son who is guilty of smuggling weapon to enemy country for silver and gold .Unfortunately the emperor caught him for punishment but the situation get out of control Li jung killed himself because of the stubborness. Minister Li jing can't forgive Emperor Li meng because of that. Emperor Li meng is the father of Li yen and Li wei, and uncle Li jing is a minister of military also emperor brother. Minister Li jing intructed his soldier to kidnap Princess Li yen at the palace, tying her with rope, cover her head, and stuffing her mouth with fabric so she can't scream or ask for help. She had been taken to the forest , with her head cover she being tied at the big tree, she crying for help. The Minister then said. "Leave her here, to be eaten by the wild wolfs" Then all the soldiers reply. "With your command, sir!!" Then the Minister left with the smirk on his face. In a rural area , smqll village outside the palace , thereva girl name Yuan yi. Yuan yi is a girl who is brave, know martial art and also know a little about physician because she is been treating her ill grandmother who live in small country. Her ill grandmother is lying on the bed, coughing hard. The physician tell Yuan yi to find a herb that's called "pheonix wings" at the south area near to the palace, to treat her ill grandmother who had been sick for six years now. Yuan yi promise to find the herb. Grandmother coughing hard. Yuan yi said. "Dont worry grandma, i wil find the pheonix wings for you. I want to see you healthy and happy again." grabbing her grandma hand. Little teary eye of her. "Yuan yi, you are the best granddaughter i ever had, i will be happy if i die right now, don't forget everything that i teach you." Grandma voice is weak. "i promise, wait for me grandma, don't die yet, i still need you." Yuan yi beg with teary eyes. "Alright, go Yuan yi, we can't waste anytime." said the physician. Yuan yi get her horse and rush toward the south forest, near the palace. CHAPTER 2 In the south forest, Yuan yi get off the horse, and walking trying to find the pheonix wing, and she see the red flower bloomin like wing shape. "its pheonix wing!!" She shouted happy in her mind. "wait for me grandma" she said in her heart. She climb to the hill, and pluck the pheonix wing carefully and save it to her sling bag. She about to go down the hill , she heard a man voice. She snuck in to the bushes and see what happen. She see a man, wearing black cloack, and his thumb has a big ring, ring of two head of dragon. The man just leave with his guards. She hide herself in the bush trying to see anything suspicious. Then her eyes see a girl being tie at the tree. She shocked. As the man and the guards left. She see a group of wolfs trying to eat that girl. She rush to help the little girl. Yuan yi take her arrow and bow aiming to shoot the big wolf. After she shot the arrow , the wolf lying down on the ground bleeding , the other wolf scare and ran away. Yuan yi uncover the head of the little girl. Li yen crying. Yuan yi hugged her. "You safe now, don't be scare , sister Yuan here for you." Untying the rope, she then bring Li yen to the horse , as Yuan yi to get Li yen on the horse, she see Li yen hand, she hold her hand tightly trying to hide the jade pendant, the jade pendant represent for her identity as princess. But Yuan yi live in rural area and doesn't really know about that. She just get her on the horse then ride to the east to her home country. She worried about her grandma. When she arrived at her home village. She hurriedly to meet her grandma. She pass the pheonix wing to the physician to decoct the medicine. "I got your pheonix wing, grandma" she said to her grandma. Grandma lying in bed and slowly open her eyes. "Well done yuan yi, and who is she? Grandma ask about Li yen. Physician bring the medicine and Yuan yi get her grandma to sit then let grandma drink the medicine slowly. "I saw her in the forest while picking the pheonix wings herb , i dont know her name yet, she still in shock that she can't speak about what had happen , so i just call her A'bao." Yuan yi reply. The grandma drink slowly but she shocked to see the jade pendant, and the weak hand accidentaly spilled the medicine, grandma then coughing hard till fainted. Its a chaos. Physiciyan check her pulse , weak pulse and physician just shake his head. Then grandma open her eyes , she call Yuan yi. "Yuan yi. Be careful about A'bao, you need to protect her with you life. Single mistake you will beheaded. I cant take care of you anymore. I think is time for me to see you parent at the heaven." Grandma then died. Yuan yi crying loud and call her grandma. But no answer. Yuan yi bury her grandmother body, lit the joss stick With the plank name of her grandma, and arrange the food. Yuan yi said. " Grandma, here i give my last respect to you, here the food, dont get chocked again with this food." The wind get harder. Then blowing yuan yi scarf. "i know, im sorry, im just joking, do you meet my parent there? How mother and father? Did they proud of me? I miss you grandma." Yuan yi just sad but try not to let anyone see that. Princess Li yen take a joss stick and pay respect for grandma yuan. Li yen also cry. "im sorry sister Yuan yi" said Li yen. "A'bao, its not you fault. Its grandma whi choked her medicine and spilled all the medicine." yuan yi said and the wind blow her scarf again. "Come on grandma, im just kidding, rest in peace grandma." said yuan yi. Then they go back home. In the palace, the emperor is furious, commanding everyone to find the princess, General Li wei also command his soldier to find everywhere, but they got no lead at all. Emperor so angry, Empress Li crying louder and louder.
