“This is it. I can do this! I know Science. I know Medicine. I can do this!”
A hard knock on the bathroom door startles me from my mantra. “Benny Baby? Are you planning on coming out any time soon? Babe?” Gregory’s voices muffle through the door. The sound of my mate’s new nickname for me fills me with such giddiness.
With a few deep breaths, I unlock the door and walk into his guest room. “Sorry, I was still getting ready.”
Gregory looks at me up and down with lust-filled eyes. I can’t help but blush. Because I spend all my time in the University lab or at the hospital, I’m usually in nurses’ scrubs.
