Mia Anderson was shocked when her mother brought home the three hottest boys from the pack's Academy and introduced them to her as her new stepbrothers. Not only that, the Alpha King David Oscar was her mother's new husband.

Mia wished she could run away and looked for her father, Rafael Anderson. How would she end up spending the rest of her life with these three bullies? Would she fall in love with them or reject them?

Chapter 1
Mia’s POV "Mia, we are having some guests visiting us today," my mother, Lucy Anderson, said when I returned from White Hills Academy and walked into the kitchen. "Good evening, Mom. Who are the guests?" I asked, studying her face. Ever since I’d come back to this place to live with her, and gain admission into the academy where she teaches, I still couldn’t feel comfortable here. I am Mia Anderson, a 17-year-old girl, and I used to live in London with my father, Rafael Anderson, before Mom requested that I apply for admission to White Hills Academy. The academy area was sparsely populated. Howls echoed at night, sending chills down my spine. Wolves lived around us. "Mia, I know you’re trying hard to get used to this place. But I promise, you will love it," Mom said, walking up to me and holding my hand in hers. "There’s nothing for me to love around here. First, we have the woods, the forest, and wolves living around us. Aren't you scared one of these wolves might jump on you and bite you one day? I’m so scared at night I can’t sleep, and yet there are people living around us too," I complained. I wore a short blue skirt, a long red sweater, and black shoes. "Mia." Mom smiled and walked around the kitchen to set up the delicious meals for her guests. "I understand you’re not happy about coming back here. If it weren’t for your father traveling from one place to another, you wouldn’t have grown up so far away," she said, checking the pot of delicious rice and chicken she was preparing for dinner. "Mom, I understand you love the place. The forest, the waterfall, and the scenery of green plants surrounding us. But I don’t like it. I want to apply for a transfer back to London. Please. I know you and my father got separated, and he's based abroad. But this place doesn’t suit me," I said, stomping my foot. My mother smiled and covered the pot of rice she had just finished cooking. "Look, Mia. There’s something I need to tell you about yourself before your 18th birthday comes up," Mom said, walking up to me. She wore a white dress that barely covered her thighs. My mother could pass for my elder sister—light-skinned and a 36-year-old woman. "What is it, Mom?" I asked. She took a deep breath and said, "You’re not really a human, Mia." "What?" Shock widened my eyes. "Mom, if this is a joke, please put an end to it. What is that supposed to mean?" I demanded. She smiled and held my hands in hers. "You are a werewolf, Mia. A Beta wolf," Mom said. My gaze locked on her face, stunned. "Mom, please. I don’t understand what you’re saying. First, what is a werewolf? Do they exist? You seem to read too many fantasy books, and now you’re starting to believe werewolves are real and live among us. Let alone the fact that I’m a wolf too. Please, Mom. I’m not in the mood for all these jokes. Just let me apply to go back to London. I’ll call you on the phone, and we can video call every day," I said, knowing my mother finds it hard to let go of me. "Listen to me, Mia. Your father is not human either. He was a werewolf, like me. But he’s a researcher, and that’s why he traveled from place to place working on his research—he ended up taking you to London with him. He refused to let me tell you about your life here. But he knew the risk if you didn’t return to the pack. You could shift one day, and maybe the animal control officers in London might get hold of you and lock you in a zoo for scaring people," Mom said. My jaw dropped at her revelation. "Mom, you’re scaring me right now. What do you mean I’m not human? How is that even possible?" I asked. She smiled warmly. Before my mother could say another word, the doorbell rang, and she said, "Our guests have arrived. Don’t worry, Mia. I’ll tell you all about it tonight. Your 18th birthday is just a month away, and you need to get prepared to meet your mate and also experience your first shift as a wolf." "What? Mom…" I called her. She ran to the door to open it. "Come on, Mia. My guests have arrived. Let’s go and welcome them," Mom said, dragging me out of the kitchen to greet her guests. You wouldn’t believe my mother lived in this big duplex all alone. After all, she was the chancellor at White Hills Academy. I didn’t want to study there, but Mom insisted, and she refused to stay in the academy hostel. So I stayed at home with her and followed her to school. I was studying banking because I wanted to work in a big bank in London. Now, I had to live in a pack full of wolves. Anxiety crept up my spine as my mother and I went to the living room to welcome her guests. My mother had servants who worked for her and cleaned the house. She was a rich woman, and I was still surprised she was single. Why hadn’t she remarried? She had a slim figure and nice curves. "Hmm," I sighed. The door swung open. To my shock, the three bad boys from White Hills Academy—Luis, Liam, and Leon Oscar—entered the living room. They were triplets. Each of them wore white tank tops that revealed their masculine abs, black jeans that hugged their long legs, and black boots. "What? Mom! What are these three bullies doing here in our house?" I demanded, glaring at the three bad boys from White Hills Academy.
