Veronica's POV:
"Um, no," I tried to defend myself as I hadn't expected Leon to show up here. How did he get to know that Mia was locked up in there?
"Stand back," Leon ordered as he made his way to the restroom door and inquired with a stern voice, "Where is the key?"
I looked over at Jenny and waved for her to give Leon the restroom key. If he hadn't showed up, I was intending to lock up Mia until closing time.
I bit my bottom lip angrily as Leon accepted the key from Jenny's hand and unlocked the restroom door. Most of the students held their breath as they knew that I had Mia locked up inside there, but none of them was able to challenge me to get her out.
As Leon pulled the restroom door to unlock, Mia was standing there, and she looked at him with relief.
