Panic starts to set in, multiplying by the second. How on earth am I going to find her without Vixen?!
Alex tries to grab my arm, but I come to my senses and dodge at the last second. Making a beeline towards the big doors, I hear him yelling out behind me. But, I don’t stop to listen to what he is saying.
‘Vix.. if you can hear me somewhere deep down.. I really need you girl’ I speak through the link we normally share, but I am still met with silence.
The big doors lead into a big hallway, which is now swamped with debris and people running towards an exit. In the opposite direction of where they are going, I see a big staircase leading up to at least 2 more floors, for as far as I can see now. F*ck. I’ll never find her in time without Vixen.
