9. Finish her.

The next day King Albert leaves for Sidon with Roy and others, While Saint Augustus stayed with Sir Nicolsan. Because both of them still had a lot to find and work accordingly on it.

In the farm house, Akira was suffering from high fever again. This time, the things she was seeing or pieces of her memories, The rest were also able to see it. It was like she is sharing her memories with everyone, some good and some horrible memories. And some of her scary dreams which scared her since childhood.

Sheriff Joe only came to see how everything is going there. But he himself got scared after seeing all. Everyone was dazed seeing thing and feeling strong emotions what that little girl was feeling right now.

Mrs Myron holding her body tightly to prevent her from shaking. Dr Star giving medicines to control her fever and Mr Myron holding her hand praying for her speedily recovery.

It’s hard for everyone to concentrate on what they were doing, Because everyone became part of Akira's memories somewhere.

Sir Nicolsan and Saint Augustus stayed with the king Albert, So that the king would not suspect them. And so that both of them can talk in peace. Both were worried and could not understand where to begin with.

“You know why all these things are happening.” Saint Augustus initiate the conversation.

“Hmmmm.... Yes.” Sir Nicolsan said in low voice with slight nod.

“ What is it .....?????” Saint Augustus asked impatiently pacing back and forth.

“ Our failure....... “ Sir Nicolsan said in depressed tone taking pause, thinking whether to tell everything to Augustus or not.

“Death of Thomas and his family...... But the reason why the crystal has cracked is not due to returning of their power back to source.” Saint Augustus said in confusion.

“Yes, That's because of some other reason.” Sir Nicolsan said avoiding Saint Augustus eyes. He knew that they could not hide anything from Augustus, As they have to work together if they want to make things proper.

“ Stop avoiding my questions Nicolsan, You knew it well that only you can answer my questions and I can answer yours, So speak up.” Saint Augustus said in annoyed tone.

“ I know but I gave my words to tell anything, And to protect this secret with my life.” Sir Nicolsan said complex expression on his face and with low voice.

“ This is not the time for all these, Things are getting out of hand.” Saint Augustus said raising his voice. And tell him everything which he sense yesterday and the warning that master gave him.

Sir Nicolsan was lost in his own thought Battling himself whether to break his promise or not.

“ Thomas daughter Akira is still alive, But she is in bad shape. Her body is changing and acquiring her powers slowly, and she is reacting in unconscious state as per her emotions. The change in weather, lighting, rain, Strom It's all because of her grief and anger.” Sir Nicolsan said with glossy eyes and breaking low voice.

Saint Augustus was startled after receiving the information about Thomas daughter, This was a good news for him, but what Sir Nicolsan told him was hard to believe for him. As far as he remembers when he met his family, He had only one four-year-old son. According to that Akira might not be much older. And it is impossible for a little girl like her to much powers that she can affect the crystal and weather to these extent. He was staring blankly towards sir Nicolsan.

Sir Nicolsan spoke again to draw Augustus attention back to him. He said everything which he knew about Artino’s family history and the things which is happening to her recently, and how she can absorbs and react on others power.

After a few minutes later, Augustus said with heavy heart “ We have to stop her before the crystal turns completely black, we can’t risk others just because of her.”

“You have thought that why all the family members gave their lives to save him. Artino’s blood is the purest and strongest blood. They were attacked, so that they will vanished completely. And no one could stop The Master without the help of Artino.” Sir Nicolsan gave reasons to Saint Augustus in serious tone.

“But we can’t neglect the fact that because of her, he is that much strong. We need to finish her, You said that the darkness is changing her soul and heart.” Saint Augustus said try to hold his emotions back.

“ You will not do anything, you have no rights on her. Everything you did for your friend and his family was enough for him. Because of you he is dead, my son his dead, everyone is dead. You guys and your king make a good show. I will not let anything happen to her.” Mr Myron shouted in Anger pointing fingers on both of them. His words were piercing arrows to both who showed the reality to both of them in a single moment. Both had nothing but repentance and shame on their faces.

Sir Nicolsan tried to stop Mr Myron but he left pushing him aside without saying or listening anything.

They both followed him to the farm house and this time Saint Augustus stopped him realising the thing which he said for the little girl who is his friend's daughter, And how can he do such thing to his friend and with that little girl....?????. He was embarrassed and ashamed of himself. That when the time came to stop that The Master of Darkness , he got scared of him. Because he doesn't trust himself and the king.

Mr Myron jerked Saint Augustus hand which was on his shoulder.

“You came after me to finish my little girl.” Mr Myron said showing disgust on his face. “ I came here just to ask for your help. Even i trusted you Sir Nicolsan, But you were planning to kill my daughter with him and for what because you don’t know exactly what to do...???.” He said gasping for air falling on his knees screaming and crying.

Sir Nicolsan supported Mr Myron and lifted him from the ground .“ I promised you to protect your daughter and keep her as a secret, I have broken a part of my promise, but I will not break the other, I will guard her with my life.” Sir Nicolsan said looking directly in his eyes with determination.

“ We were not planning to kill her. It was just for that situation, If we unable to bring her back from the world of darkness. We need to prevent her heart and soul from evil which is very difficult and dangerous thing to do. You have to be strong. ” Sir Nicolsan said again in calm and persuading manner.

Mr Myron nod a little in agreement, and he said in pleading tone with folded hands “ But you people have to try to save her first, Do not try to kill her without even making an effort. She is just an innocent six year old girl who does not even know what is happening to her.”

“ I am ashamed of what I said earlier, I was caught up in everything that I acted in wronfly, I didn’t mean to harm her, She means a lot to all of us.” Saint Augustus said feeling sorry, He was so lost in his thoughts of what he saw earlier that he could not even understand that Akira has nothing to do it. He should be punished, that he could not do anything despite all the powers. And little girl is experiencing miseries all together because of all those who has power but unable to use it in times of need.

“ Everyone know you as The Great Saint Augustus Emmerich ,Do you know why ..???? Not because you are part of the royal court. But because people have high hopes and faith in you. You are not great only because of the title. Man can only become great by facing real arduous challenges. And the paths of great people are never easy. Next time think twice or thousand times before making any decisions, Because your decision can do a lot of good things and can change a lot of things in world.” Mr Myron said with serious face still teary eyes.

Every word from Mr Myron’s mouth strike him hard. He himself did not know to what extent these words would affect him. And today he learned a lifetime lesson of wisdom from an ordinary person, Which he never learned from anyone else.

Sir Nicolsan was proud of himself that he choose right person to take care of Akira, Their upbringing will definitely make that girl great one day. He grinned from ear to ear in such kind of awkward situation, without thinking what Saint Augustus will anticipate from it.

Mr. Myron went inside the house without turning back.

“Stop grinning. You look awful Sir Nicolsan.,” Saint Augustus said rolling his eyes, trying to catch up with his old friend.

“ Hahahaha......, Good to have you back my friend, Hope you amass a great knowledge from an ordinary person today.” Sir Nicolsan said teasing Saint Augustus.

“Indeed, and I am really thankful to both of you for opening my eyes. I will always remember the words from Mr Marcus Myron. She’s in good care.” Saint Augustus said agreeably with a beam of satisfaction.

“ Do not let complications dominate you, you have to do many great things.” Sir Nicolsan said patting on his friends shoulder.

“ Now you can also predict my future, How did you find out about the history of Artino's and Eliades family?” Saint Augustus asked in a professed tone.

“Hmmm.... You did not get any trace from crystal right. Artino's mansion has a secret room, I found an odd family tree picture on the wall, Where Aine and Aibek were mentioned But they were not present in the any historic stories. I focused on finding whole story, I myself saw what happened in that era. I can travel in past and future by strong piece of memories.” Sir Nicolsan explained everything in detail.

So you can travel in future..???? Before Saint Augustus can finish, Sir Nicolsan said in a warning Tone.” It hold's a lot of danger, that one cannot even imagine. I can live in past or in future but I don’t dare to change it.”

Saint Augustus understands Sir Nicolsan well and he knew that he holds the power of great knowledge ( he is the keeper of knowledge), he can extract information from past and future, But it carries a lot of risk for others.
