Leon’s pov

After handing over the agreement which I had already signed to my new wife, I walked straight to my room and asked my assistant secretary to send the documents that needed my signature. After informing Godfred I went to take a shower. When I came out I heard a knock and immediately walked towards the door with a towel around my waist. I took the documents from my secretary upon opening the door. I dropped the on the table before changing into my night dress.

I quickly signed and after signing all I went to sleep.

The following day I took a shower and changed into my suit. I left the house without taking breakfast and went to the office. Upon arrival I had my assistant prepare a coffee for me. Within a few minutes he brought and left. After I was done drinking, I went back to signing papers and analyzing some issues.

Whiles busily working I received a call from the spy I asked to follow my wife, I picked up and asked him what was wrong. “Sir please madam went to a restaurant to meet someone but a guy approached and they exchanged names” he said. Okay continue to follow her and inform me, I said and hanged up.

After I hanged up,Godfred came to inform me that it was time for the meeting so I left my office to the meeting room. During the meeting my phone kept on ringing but I bother to answer because I’m know by my workers for not answering calls during meetings. After spending three hours in the the meeting room, the meeting came to an end. I took my phone and walked out before the other also walked out. I got to my office and went straight to the washroom to freshen up.

I freshened up and came out of the washroom. I returned the call to my grandpa who kept on telling me to go home to my wife and not sleep at the office. I answered and hanged up. I didn’t blame him for trying to find me a partner. He loved me dearly and didn’t want to me to be alone.

After some hours I left the company and on my way to the club I called Gavy and Demian to meet me there. I closed my eyes and rested my head on the seat when I was done talking to them. With the speed the driver was going it didn’t take long to reach the club. I alighted and walked straight to the private room. The club belonged to me but the employees didn’t know that, they only knew it belonged to NL corporation and that Gavy and the rest are friends of the CEO. In actual fact they didn’t know my identity but knew I was friends with Gavy. When I there got none of them had arrived yet so I sat down waiting for them. Minutes later Demian came followed by Gavy and then Remiel who had a frown on his face. “Oh so decided to invite Gavy and Demian but not me” Remiel said. I smiled and said to him, I knew Gavy will definitely call you so why bother.

“Well guys you won’t believe what happened to me today”Gavy said. “I was forced to go on a blind date by my mother and then I mistakenly sat on a wrong table with a lady but she was kind enough to help me find my table. Gavy continued. “Hahaha, from Leon to Gavy who is next Demian or me”Remiel said whiles staring at Demian’s face.

“How about you, Leon, how is life as a married man”Demian said turning to face me. You know it’s hasn’t even gotten to a week since I married, I replied him. He nodded accepting my answer before ordering for wine. And for the rest of the night they kept on drinking whiles I left. When I arrived home at was past eleven and Ezeriam was already asleep. I went to my room and freshened up, signed a few documents then went to bed.
