She saw a red 8 inches stilettos and a red handbag which certainly doesn't belong to her mom, she went into her room,took a shower, wore a big hoodie and big sweatpants ,she went to the kitchen to microwave the pounded yam and vegetable soup her mother ordered for her,she sat at the dinning table eating and waiting patiently for her father and his mistress to come out,few minutes later,Zara was done eating,she went to wash her plate and poured a glass of cold yoghurt and sat at the dinning..few seconds later, her dad got out of the room wearing a boxer and singlet holding on to the waist of a young girl who will be around 23 years old,wearing a skimpy red gown with blemish all over her skin,Zara was disgusted,Zara's father grabbed the girl and kissed her passionately.they still haven't noticed Zara.

Mike: Jenny baby.. I'll miss you so much

Jenny: (smiles) you're the one longing things na,I already told you to divorce your oyinbo wife and marry me..since you already have the money..

Mike :I told you I'm already Woking on it..do you think I still love her? Pfft hell no...you're the one I love.she couldn't even bear me a male child,how do I cope with that?

Jenny: don't worry my love,I know I will soon get pregnant and give you twins boys.

Zara :hmm hmm (clears her throat)

Mike pushes Jennifer away,he was startled..

Mike: (annoyed)and what on earth are you doing at home by this time young lady?

Zara :(sips her drink) if you had picked your calls when I called you, you would have known..(stands up) by the way....is this the w***e you're cheating on my mum with?(smiles) wow old man...(huffs) you've got no taste....what does she have that my mum doesn't have?

Jenny: mike..hold your daughter!!

Zara: oh shut up you stupid multicolored,gold digging whore...you knew he was happily married.. Yet you went ahead to pursue a relationship with him..and you dad..this is the reason you raised your hands on mum..you know... Sometimes I wonder what mum sees in you. I guess the old saying is true...love indeed is blind..

Mike: Zara you know I'm still your father right? See the way you're talking to me like we're mates..are you mad?

Zara: oh please...you lost that title when you hit my mother!!

Mike: go into your room this minute!!

Zara rolls her eyes and went into her room,she locked her door

Mike : don't be angry my love,its her mother's fault..your uber driver is outside.. Let me go and discipline that girl...I love you(kisses her)

Jenny : I love you too..

She sits on the chair and wears her heels, carries her bag and left.

Mike went to knock on Zara's door to discipline her but she ignores him till he got tired and zoomed off to work. Zara was fed up,she had no other option than to call her elder sister.

Tiara :hello beautiful,how're you?

Zara : tee,I'm not fine o,nobody is..I'm tired.. Tired of dad constantly cheating on mum and treating her like garbage and mum just watching him... Everybody in this house is just moving mad!

Tiara: hol' up Zara... What are you saying?

Zara: Mr mike Williams,your father..unfortunately our father has been cheating on mum steady steady...the one that even pained me and made everything worse was last night,mum was confronting him about a message sent to his phone,a lady telling him she misses him and all,our sperm donor slapped mum,literally slapped her,called her out of her name and chased her out of their room.

Tiara : are you f*****g with me right now? Zara this has been going on for how long now and you didn't feel the need to tell me..wtf sis

Zara : days after my 15th birthday, I wanted to tell you soooo bad but mum said she doesn't want you to be distracted.. Tiara :I trust you..anyways I'm done with my exams and I have 3 months break so I'm already booking my flight, I'll be home next week... And you'll tell me the reason you came back home earlier than expected.. I love you bunny

Zara hanged up and took a deep breathe... She felt more relieved,she was about to sleep when she heard her phone ringing,she checked the person calling,it was Brian, she hissed and his number alongside khloe ...when she heard her mum's voice she unlocked her door and went to assist her in the kitchen..around 6pm,Rita was worried that her husband hasn't returned from work,Zara wasn't in any way bothered once the food was ready she washed her hands and ate to her satisfaction. After eating,she went to the living room to watch a movie while her mum was worriedly pacing the living room trying to call her husband.

Zara: mummy you better stop starving yourself and go and eat..

Rita: Zara,your father is not home by this time and you're talking about food.

Zara: (murmurs) he's probably with one of his numerous whores

Rita: were you saying something?... Heiii where's this man?

Zara: (stands up and pulls her mum to the dinning and makes her sit down) mummy... The only thing you took this morning was a cup of tea...just eat...I'll keep on trying his number... Let me have your phone..

Rita reluctantly gave Zara her phone, Zara made her mum eat,then sent a message to her dad on her mum's phone "where are you?" Once it was 10pm,they both went to sleep,later he sent a message to Rita saying he traveled to Lagos for a business trip..which was obviously a lie 'cus what business trip does a lecturer make?. Zara locked all the doors and made her mum sleep in her room.
