Chapter 14

~Oliver~

I arrived back to the fighting pair with the first aid kit only to see Marcus struggling to pull a very injured and angry Azura off of Dylan 's**t! They are literally going to kill each other' I thought to myself, hoping that I won't get hurt in crossfire I go and kneel down in front of Azura "hey bezzy, let go of him for me" I say calmly making sure she can see me, hoping something...anything inside her can break the red mist that is going to turn her into a killer or kill her, she's to innocent for that to happen. 

As I try to get through to Azura I hear Marcus call out "dude be careful you don't get hit" I reassure him that I know what I'm doing with Azura "I've got it" then I thought of how I could get Azura to stop "try and stop Dylan" "gladly" Marcus replied "come on, you're not a killer, I don't want you to get in trouble" I say holding Azura's face so she has to see what I'm saying, then she lets go of Dylan which I was grateful for.

Marcus shouts at Dylan "dude! She's a friend! Leave her alone! Don't injure her more!" Marcus commanded Dylan, then I see a limp Azura go to fall backwards but I hurry to catch her. As I catch Azura, Dylan rushes to her with a shard of glass and lunges to stab her but Azura very weakly put her hand in front of her face to which the glass got stuck in her hand, I winced as I seen it happen "holy crap, just stay calm" I say but a very dazed Azura looks at it and says "huh, that's new" unfazed in the slightest of the view of her hand, Dylan then stopped or so me and Marcus thought as Azura just falls limp and her arm dropped, I try everything I can to keep her with us, then Dylan came with a really sharp shard of the broken glass and slices Azura right down over her eye, then her blood filled eye rolls back with her other one and her eyes shut as she loses all colour.

"no no no no! Stay with me" I call out to Azura who now looks lifeless "Dylan you dipshit!" I say beyond mad, this wouldn't of happened if he listened when I said leave it, Marcus then put Dylan in a firm military restraint hold with a mighty grip "DYLAN! I SAID STOP NOW!" Marcus roars at Dylan, he then looks at me holding Azura in my arms "is...is he... is she still alive?" Marcus asks concerned almost not wanting the answer in fear of the worst "I....I don't know" I reply with worry over flooding me "is she breathing?" Marcus asks, I to afraid to check "I don't know dude" Anger filled Marcus's eyes as we both are fearing the worst "Dylan you i***t! That's Azura! You better hope she's still alive" Marcus say with anger and worry for our friend Azura clear in his voice "I didn't know man, why didn't the i***t just knock?" Dylan says defensively in pain gasping for his breath to return "coz she can't! Why didn't you just stop when we told you to?" I yell at him angry with worry.

I look at Marcus "what do I do now man? I can't stop the bleeding, she's been sliced and stabbed so much there's no way to stop it" I say feeling helpless 'deffo going to get Marcus a doorbell if he doesn't' I think to myself as Marcus asks "is she still breathing?" I listen to see if Azura is still breathing....thankfully she is but only minimal, like she's as good as dead little "just about, very faint" I reply "my mom's hospital isn't far from here, will you keep hold of her on the back if I ride?" Marcus asks trying to remain calm as he keeps that firm hold on Dylan. Dylan keeps trying to get out of the hold but is unsuccessful "of course" I reply to what Marcus had asked, anything to keep her alive "great just do CPR for now, buy us time" I give a quick nod to let him know I understood.

After I had told Oliver to do CPR I sternly say to Dylan "Dylan! Stop immediately! If you don't I will arrest you, now stop" (oh yeah surprise...I'm a police officer as well as a soldier) Dylan instantly stops, as I look at Oliver doing CPR he looks to me "dude, she's getting worse, I came in my car, I'll wrap up what I can then I'll take her there, meet us?" Oliver says trying desperately to save our friend. The thing with Azura is you don't have to know her long, before her and her little ways grow on you and you just never want to let go of her. I then say "yeah Ol, I'll meet ya there" as Oliver lifts a limp almost lifeless Azura holding her and protecting her like she's a fragile porcelain doll , then he leaves. 

I hear the car speed off then I let go of Dylan and lean down to him "dude, you've got one hella grip, that was like proper military s**t that" Dylan says as I try to control my rushing emotions, the same way I do in war "shut up" I demanded "do you realise what you've just done? I thought I could trust you, but instead you nearly kill Crystal" "she done a number on me too" he says defensively in major pain "I'm a freakin Sensei and look at the damage she done to me, It'll be more than just a compress bandage I can tell you that for nothing" I had enough, I needed to get to Azura "yeah well, you can take yourself the hospital you maybe a friend and all, but that girl is like a sister to me, and you've just possibly have killed her" I said in haste hoping Azura was going to be alright.
