Alex's pov  Running, Running so fast everything around me is a blur. a clearing is ahead of me. "why am i here? Whats that?" i though as i slowed to a stop, hearing the song of another wolf to the moon, so sad and sorrowful. i peer through the trees and see a wolf, her coat as white as the snow. the moons light off the rocks giving her a violet glow. her figure was beautiful, *snap* the song stopped and she looked back and our eyes locked  "Mine" i say in a growl as lunge towards her, half way through a lunge something growls at us "MINE" a black wolf comes out of the bush knocking us down with a heavy thud. he stands over us just as his teeth hit our neck, i let out a scream.... I jolt out of bed my hands on my neck making sure its still attached to me, a furious knocking and rattling door "ALEX OPEN UP OR IM GONNA KICK THIS DOOR DOWN AGAIN" Ryders voice boomed behind the closed door. "YOU HAVE 5 SECONDS" i rubbed my face and sighed as he started counting down from 5, i got up and made my to the door, just as he hit Two i unlocked and flung the door open, Ryders hard shoulder hitting me hard in the chest. "Oh s**t mums gonna kill me" he whispered as i fell to the floor all the breath whipped out of my lungs, the pain in my chest burnt. "What did you do this time Ryder?" Mums voice came around the corner and knelt next to my windless body. "breath Alex, Take a deep breath in and then let it all out slowly" After i had got my breath back mum handed me a glass of juice as i glared at Ryder, "thanks mum" i said looking at her. "here sweetie, your birthday present" She gave me a small box in blue and pink wrapping paper with a little purple bow tied to the top, Ryder looked at me with a smirk "Mine was bigger than yours" he laughed, I opened mums present to me and it was a small red velvet box, i opened it and i saw a grey stone tied to a chain. i looked up to see Ryders smirk had fallen into a look of disgust he quickly readjusted his face "He got a rock on a chain?" he said amused, mum looked up and glared at him "Not just any rock" she carefully picked up the stone and held in the air "A moon stone, passed down generation after generation to the second child on their Birthday, this stone has been passed down 8 generations now, found by Alpha Rem. this stone when you transform is the only thing that doesn't tear apart but becomes a part of you" she put around my neck "it will help your mates tell your wolves apart" the sound of the clip behind me, the stone felt quiet heavy "it was mine, and now it is yours" as she said this she moved her hands from her chest to mine, as she did this i swear the stone became lighter. later that day Ryder was bragging about his new guitar, i rolled my eyes as i walked past hearing him say "And Alex got a f*****g rock" his friends all laughed. "i cant wait for the transformal tonight" i heard one of his friends say "i wonder what your wolf looks like" another one said "bet yours is better than his is" they laughed, a few other things where said but i didn't hear them, my sight went a little foggy and my head felt heavy as if i just woke up, but i had been awake for hours, "you alright there champ?" my walks up to me and the room falls silent "i'm okay, i feel kinda weird though" i say stretching with a yawn, Dad looked at me "boy its mid-day and your acting as i-" he stopped mid sentance "son, come with me please" he turns and begins to walk toward his office. when he gets to the door he gestures me inside. once we are inside his office he looks me in the eye, but i have a feeling its not me hes looking at "hello, Alex" i hear a voice, a tired voice come from the back of my mind, my eyes widen "who is there?!" i ask back out loud by accident "its me, i am your wolf, Ryan" i can feel Ryans precance get up and streatch in my head "no need to talk outloud, i can hear your thoughts, we are one mind with two parts, i can hear yours and you can hear mine" i feel Ryan lay back down again "son!" my dads deep voice breaks the convosation between me and Ryan "your wolf has awoken, hasnt it?" i look at my dad with a huge grin on my face  "yes, he has" Ryders Pov "I got this awesome guitar for my birthday!" i said proud, a group of pack members came over to admire the turquoise shell of amazingness "and all Alex got was a f*****g rock" i laughed with the other pack members, jeramy piped up "i cant wait for the transformal tonight" i nodded, i couldn't wait either, in a few hours Alex and i go on our first run as wolves to the moon cliffs and back, its supposed to bring man and wolf together as one to have their first howl together as a wolf "I wonder what your wolf looks like" one of the girls fanned her blushing face " i bet yours is better than his" she said making everyone laugh "dude Whats up with him?" jeramy spoke next to me looking towards my brother, his face had gone pale and his eyes not focused on anything, "i dont know" dad walked into the room, and made a bee line for Alex, my face was fixed in a hard frown as they walked to his office. When Alex came out he had a huge grin on his face, Boy did i want to smack that s**t right off him, How come dad let him into his office? i plastered on a smile and walked over to him "what did you and dad talk about?" i asked walking next to him giving him a little... 'friendly' nudge, He looked over to me his smile just like mine "my wolf is awake" he smirked at me "is yours?" i looked at Alex my smile almost cracked "Of course my wolf is already awake" i lied, "what kind of stupid question is that?" i rolled my eyes and left the room before he could say anything else to me. My wolf wasn't awake yet, but if it was it sure as hell didn't want to make its self noted. i lay down on the grass and looked up at the sky, suddenly the world starts spinning as if i had just twisted around in a million circles, a Yawn in the back of my head makes me yawn "Good morning s**t face" a deep voice covers the empty halls of my mind "I am your wolf, my name is Axel" I smile "hello Axel, you ready to have a little fun?" ************************************************************************************************************************ Alex Pov  The coloured lights where really bright, among the dark sky, it was almost midnight. almost time to start our first transition as one. We werent allowed to touch any alcohol until after the run, because it affected the b*****e, but Ryder was 3 drinks down and trying to get with any girl he could saying they where his mate, "Ladies and gentalmen please welcome Ryder and Alex Bloodlust to the stage" my dads voice boomed over the speaker Ryder smelt heavily of alcohol as he stumbled to the top of the stage, Mum and Dad looked at him appauled by his state, With my head hung low to even know this guy let alone be related to it appalled me, his brown and blue hair was messed up and his icy blue eyes had bags under them, i walked to the stage with my head held high The light shining through the pink and blond hair i shoved out of my face, i waved to the pack the younger ones humans and the older wolves, Everyone was here "When the moon shines through those trees, the boys will transform into their wolves and run" he pointed his finger "up that path toward the cliffs, and once hear them howl, them and their wolf will be" he breathed in "Pronounced. as. ONE" he shouted as the moon rose to hit the spot he looked to me and my disappointment of a brother and nodded. with a snap and tear my brother beside me turned into a hip hight beast "Ryan, lets-" before i could finish what i was saying, Ryan jumped to the front of my mind pushing me back, now the same level as Ryder was, we bolted toward the forrest trail.
