When Cupid's bow struck our hearts even if our brains disagreed, we gave our whole self to the person that we love. They said, "Smart people are dumbest when it comes to love," it seems to be true as I found myself falling for someone reachable but the jerkiest boy of all at Ikari University.

Chapter 1: The Plan
Abigail hunched over her worn notebook, her pen flying across the pages as she poured out her thoughts. The routine of college life bored her, and she often wished for something exciting to happen. "Another day, another stack of homework," she wrote with a heavy sigh. "The highlight of my week is the free pizza slice on Fridays. Is this all there is to life?" Abigail paused, chewing on the end of her pen as she thought about her situation. Despite her smarts and hard work, she often felt invisible next to her richer, more popular classmates. Her curvy figure was nothing like the sleek, polished looks of the girls in Jonathan's crowd. Just as Abigail was about to close her notebook, her phone buzzed. An email notification popped up with a subject line that made her heart race: "A Unique Opportunity." Intrigued, Abigail opened the email, her eyes widening as she read. --- "Dear Abigail, My name is Victoria, and I have a proposition for you. I know you are a student at West High, and I believe you have the qualities I need for a special project. You see, I used to date Jonathan Blackwood, and I've found out he has a habit of using girls and then tossing them aside. I want to make him pay for the pain he's caused, and I think you are the perfect person to help me." Abigail's breath caught in her throat as she kept reading, her heart pounding with a mix of excitement and fear. "I've been watching you, Abigail, and I know you have the smarts, the drive, and most importantly, the kindness to help me. I want you to get close to Jonathan, make him fall for you, and then break his heart. He needs to feel the same hurt he's caused others. I know this is a lot to ask, but I promise the reward will be worth it. Plus, you'll be helping to get justice for the girls he's hurt. If you're interested, reply to this email, and we can talk more. I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Victoria" --- Abigail sat in stunned silence, her notebook forgotten as she reread the email. The idea of tricking someone, even someone like Jonathan Blackwood, made her feel sick. She prided herself on being honest, but the offer of a reward and the chance to help others was tempting. Taking a deep breath, Abigail began to type her response, her fingers shaking. --- "Dear Victoria, Your proposition has left me feeling very conflicted. I understand your desire for justice, but I'm not sure I can lie to someone, even someone like Jonathan. However, the reward and the chance to help other girls hurt by Jonathan are very tempting. I've worked hard to get where I am, and the extra money could help me. If we go ahead with this plan, I need to know all the details and risks. I don't want to lose my principles or get hurt. I'm curious to hear more about how this would work. Please let me know if we can meet to talk about this. I need to understand your reasons and the plan before I decide. Sincerely, Abigail" --- Abigail pressed "send" and leaned back in her chair, chewing on her lip as she thought about what she had just done. Part of her was excited about a new challenge, while the other part was scared about what it might mean. As she stared at the blank pages of her notebook, Abigail knew her life was about to change. For better or worse, she had taken the first step on a journey that would test her heart and her values. --- The next morning, Abigail’s phone buzzed with a new email from Victoria. She felt a knot of nervous excitement as she read the message. --- "Dear Abigail, Thank you for your response. I understand your concerns and appreciate your honesty. I believe we should meet in person to discuss this further. How about we meet at Joe's Diner after classes tomorrow? It's quiet, and we can talk without interruptions. Looking forward to our conversation. Sincerely, Victoria" --- Abigail’s heart raced. Meeting Victoria in person made everything feel more real. She replied quickly, agreeing to the meeting. The following day at college felt endless. Abigail’s mind was filled with thoughts of the meeting. What would Victoria be like? Would she go through with the plan? Could she deceive someone, even for a good cause? When the final bell rang, Abigail hurried to Joe’s Diner. She spotted a girl about her age sitting in a corner booth, a serious expression on her face. This must be Victoria. “Hi, I’m Abigail,” she said nervously as she approached. Victoria looked up and smiled. “I’m glad you came. Please, sit.” Abigail slid into the booth, her heart pounding. “So, tell me more about this plan.” Victoria leaned in, her eyes intense. “Jonathan has hurt a lot of people. He thinks he can just use girls and throw them away. I want him to feel what it’s like to be on the receiving end for once.” Abigail nodded slowly. “But why me?” “You’re different,” Victoria said. “You’re smart and kind, and he won’t see you coming. You can get close to him, make him fall for you, and then break his heart. He needs to learn that actions have consequences.” Abigail felt a mix of fear and excitement. “And you think I can do this?” “I know you can,” Victoria said firmly. “And I’ll be there to help you every step of the way.” --- Over the next few days, Abigail and Victoria met several times to discuss their plan. Victoria provided details about Jonathan, his likes, his schedule, and the places he frequented. Abigail’s initial apprehension started to give way to determination. She felt a growing sense of purpose, fueled by Victoria’s confidence in her. One evening, as they sat in Victoria’s dorm room, Abigail asked, “How did you get all this information about Jonathan?” Victoria smirked. “I have my ways. Let’s just say I’ve been keeping an eye on him since we broke up.” Abigail raised an eyebrow but didn’t press further. The more she learned about Jonathan’s behavior, the more convinced she became that he deserved a taste of his own medicine. The plan was simple but required precision. Abigail would start by casually bumping into Jonathan at one of his favorite hangouts, the campus coffee shop. From there, she would slowly build a connection, letting him believe that he was the one pursuing her.
