Upon being released from the King's dungeon Oche was not given his wife to go home with. He was told that the king was now the owner of the wife. This was a case of a man who was accused of marrying a man that had been betrothed to the king of Banyi. The King of Banyi would see a good looking woman and would say that the woman had been previously betrothed to him and this was so unfair to the people of Banyi. The youths once protested and were given the beating of their lives by the King's men. Ever since the beating no man in the land of Banyi ever brought the idea of protesting against the king of Banyi again. During the protest many youths died and others fled when their homes were busted and their wives and sisters r***d. So many died and so many fled.
