Breakthrough

A brief introduction into the Headquarters.

The Headquarters where Suriahs work looks like your run-of-the-mill office: an impossibly tall nondescript building covered in glass windows that reflect the endless void surrounding it. Rows of cubicles and stark break rooms line each floor. Perhaps The Teachers thought establishing their operations inside the quintessential symbol for ordinary suburban prosperity would provide transitioning souls with a welcoming environment that would neutralize any frantic reactions. Humans would be soothed like in a spa -although the dusty fake bamboo can be a little off-putting. Not to mention the Suriahs gliding around in their glowing, nebulous states. Inevitably, there was the occasional spectacle. One particular human named Gladys had recently crossed over and was brought into Headquarters to determine if she would be allowed to reincarnate or be placed in The Vepurga, a suspended plane of existence where she would await an evaluation of her competency. The moment she saw Lucille, our receptionist, her eyes bulged from their sockets like a Saturday morning cartoon and she spurted headfirst into a window, breaking it, and hurling herself into the void. Lucille was taken aback because her presence usually lulls them into a peaceful state but this poor soul wrecked the lobby's Feng Shui. It couldn't be clearer: there was no Bed, Bath & Beyond here; just the Beyond. Tough titty.

It is here, however, that Suriahs dedicate themselves to creating intricate courses of lives intended for the evolution, growth, and eventual liberation of humans. They are a guide to Samadhi. Once a human knows this level of bliss, they unite and a passage to the physical plane is opened for the Suriah. This sacred union reveals the human's true self; the highest being; the shedding of earthly limitations and crippling attachments; a return to Source.

Nonetheless, to accomplish this is no easy task. It may take several lifetimes filled with all manner of milestones like overcoming temptations and enduring tribulations.

Nevertheless, each new soul is another opportunity to usher in an era of peace and equanimity. It is also a chance for the Suriahs to experience the beauty of life on the Earth.

As milenia have passed, Suriahs have developed many different technologies and techniques to enlighten humans. They seek to connect with their human as it is the most effective way to share essential knowledge. To this effect, they have even created artifacts that become portals to dimensions that allow them to meet. However, Suriahs' attempts to reveal themselves have yielded wildly different results. Some humans believe they've seen angels, or have had supernatural experiences, some have even claimed to have been abducted by aliens! It's always been risky to establish a direct connection. Still, they persevere. Toiling away in their cubicle they continue to devise new ways to carry out their purpose.
