After the night the Deviled died, Aurora’s had to stay in the pack hospital for a few days. Between the stress of the abduction, prolonged exposure to the silver and using every bit of her energy to save me, she needed to be watched over while she rested.
I was released the next day even though my injury should have been fatal, I have my amazing Angel to thank for that.
I wanted to do something just as amazing for her, not that I could ever match what she did for me, but I had to try and I had a good idea where to start. I know my mate and even after this horrific incident she would still want to use her gift and help people. I, unfortunately, could not bear her leaving the pack land all day and taking the chance of anything like this happening again.
