Chapter 3

We got to my house in just under ten minutes and I won!

But it was a lucky shot since when I pulled up Nick was right beside me a split second. So, I decided that we would eat pizza tonight. And at least Nick agreed with me.

"Park in the garage, both mom and dad's cars are gone," I said to Nick.

He walked over to the garage and pushed a button, while the garage was busy opening, Nick went back to his car and drove into the garage, parking his car he got out and waited for me. I drove in beside him and parked the bike walking over to him.

"What you want to do?" I asked.

Fingers crossed for Movie night!!!

"Movie night?" Was his instant reply.

"I was actually hoping for that." I said truthfully.

He laughed and I closed the garage door and we walked over to the door opposite the garage door and went in there, it leads to our basement.

I was kind of expecting Danny and them to be in here but they weren't, we walked up the stairs with me explaining what happened when I jumped out of the window.

"I wish I could have seen his face!" Nick laughed when we got into the kitchen.

"It was absolutely priceless!" I laughed along with him.

"Well it doesn't look like Danny's here, he probably left after I-" my phone started ringing and cut me off mid-sentence.

I was so buy singing along to my ringtone when Nick gave me a pointed look and said I should answer it.

K- Hello? 

D- Hey Kenzz. I'm going to be back home in an hour or so, can I bring something for us to eat?

K- it's fine Dan, you can bring pizza, Nick's also here so remember to bring extra. 

D- Ok I'll bring a lot of pizza. Tell him I say hi. 

K- Mmh, K. Bye Danny see later. 

D- see you later Kenzz.

I hung up my phone and looked at Nick.

"Ok, so Danny's going to be home in an hour or so and he'll bring pizza so let's go watch movies!" I yelled the last part excitedly.

Running into the living room I jumped on the biggest couch, grabbing the remote and turning everything on.

Danny came in and helped me decide what we're going to watch. We decided to watch Lillo and Stitch.

And when the movie begun Nick sat beside me and looked at me and said

"Abomination!"

And I replied with,

"Stupid head!"

We both burst out laughing from the line of the movie and I laid my head on Nick's chest. He moved us so that he laid with his legs spread out on the couch with me laying on his chest careful not to kick his feet with my heels that I did not take off.

He put his arms around my waist and laid them on my back, I smiled and yawned.

"Go to sleep it's been a long day." Nick said as I snuggled deeper into his chest and closed my eyes.

In under a minute I was consumed by the darkness and engulfed in my dreams.

"Danny and whoever else is here quite down!" Someone whisper-shouted, when I felt the chest vibrate underneath me I knew it was Nick that said that.

"Sorry man, nice seeing you again," I'm guessing Danny said that.

"You too. Sorry for not getting up its just kind of impossible with Kenz sleeping," Nick said.

"Yeah, let’s not wake her up right now, I'll,-" Danny replied but I cut him off.

"Yeah, we don't want to wake her up now do we?" I sighed looking at Nick, who had an amused facial expression.

"Kenz. Shh, we don't want to wake you up!" Danny said, and then realization struck his face and he said, "Oh. Sorry!!"

Nick and I burst out laughing for the hundredth time today. Our laughing was cut off by someone saying,

"What the hell's, going on in here," the person said.

I shifted my position in Nick's arms, until I laid beside him with his arms still around me. I looked at where the person stood and I saw Nathan looking angry with an unknown emotion in his eyes. Then the whole group appeared beside him, looking at me with their mouths agape.

"Oh, hey guys. Close your mouths you’re going to catch flies." I said pushing myself out of Nick's arms and sitting upright.

"And you are?" The guy who asked me previously when I was on my way to Nick's house asked again.

"I told you that already, silly!" I got up and walked over to him, and stood in front of him.

A few guys snickered at my remark including Danny and Nick. The guy looked at me with a serious look; he held out his hand and said,

"I'm Jack," he said as I shook his hand,

Jack had blue eyes and blonde hair.

He let go of my hand and another guy took it,

"I'm Chris," he said.

Chris had Brown eyes and dirty blonde hair.

"I'm Damon," another one said and looked at me

Damon had light brown hair and also brown eyes.

"Steve," the last one said.

Steve had dark brown hair and green eyes, just like mine.

Nathan had black hair, with piercing blue eyes.

"You!" Nathan accused pointing a finger at me.

"Me?" I fake gasped. Putting my hand over my heart.

"You jumped out the window!" He yelled and the rest of the guys had a look of realization on their faces.

I looked at Nick who now stood beside me, he nodded his head and I jumped onto his back and we both screamed again for the second time today,

"Shh!! We jumped out a window!"

And ran into the kitchen.

We heard a lot of laughter erupting where we left the boys and then heard their footsteps coming to the kitchen.
