“Henry’s sweet though,” Ruby suddenly said as we walked down the stairs ten minutes later, “I never thought he’d be so easy to talk to.”
“Really? Tell me more.”
“Guess what?” her eyes lit up and a smile brightened her face, “He still remembers that I have a terrible phobia for blood and he said that he was actually sent to give the signal last night…but then he had blood all over him, especially on his face and he didn’t want to scare me.”
