Dominic's POV
"Is this really necessary?", Kevin grumbled out as he matched my strides. "You know the guy, can't you just put a call through?"
I stopped, turning to face him with an amused expression. "You're growing awfully lazy these past few days. I think I'm not sending you enough errands."
"I mean, it makes no sense to me", Kevin threw his hands up. "We travelled for five hours on air, just to see a..."
"An old friend", I hid my humour.
"And you couldn't speak to this old friend over the phone?"
"I do. I used to. But, this is an official visit."
Kevin let out a very obnoxious snort, earning him a glare. He was growing crankier each day and I couldn't tell why.
"Alright", I stopped walking. "This friend is the head of the company that Clara runs back home."
