TOSSING the pan skillfully, the scrambled eggs flipped beautifully in the air and landed back to the pan. Yvette then get the newly stewed shredded chicken. She scattered it above the egg and then using another battered eggs, she slowly covered the chicken meat with the new layer of scrambled eggs. This time, she flipped the special omelette with carefulness unto the pan.
Nakahinga lang ng maluwag si Yvette nang magawa niya iyon ng walang natatapon o nasisira sa egg layer. Hinayaan na ni Yvette na maluto iyon at sinimulan naman nang ayusin ni Yvette ang simple fried rice sa dalawang lunch box na inihanda niya.
