Interrogation

Jennifer hasn't been shot. But some friends from the group in black T-shirts were shot.

"I'm getting into something weird," said Frans as he approached Jennifer. They both wear masks, but can still recognize each other by posture. Jennifer has a tall stature compared to other women who are aspiring secret agents. Likewise with France. Jennifer's skin is bright white. While Fran is exotic. Most of the others are off-white, or darkened by sunburn.

"What oddity?" Jennifer asked.

"One of our group looks weird..." Frans stopped his speech. At that time he saw Janeth not far from where he was.

Not long after, a siren sounded, indicating the battle was over. Jennifer and Fran looked at each other. The end of the battle should still be an hour away. It means that something happened so the battle was forcefully stopped.

"Has something happened?" Jennifer asked.

"I don't know. But I did find something odd. I heard one of our group used real bullets," said Frans.

"What?" Jennifer was surprised. Jennifer actually felt the same way. Because color bullets and real bullets make a different sound when fired. Jennifer also noticed something odd about some people who pretended to be dead when they were shot. They looked like they were really dead.

"I think I heard wrong, but this is very suspicious," said Frans again.

"We'd better get together," Jennifer said.

"What are you talking about?" Janeth asked.

"Nothing. We're just chatting normally," said Frans, then grabbed Jennifer's hand to walk ahead of Janeth.

"What are you doing?" Jennifer whispered uncomfortably.

"Don't go near Janeth. That girl is dangerous. Actually I saw Janeth acting suspicious. But after confirming it turned out to be a colored bullet. But my heart is still suspicious."

Jennifer didn't understand. But when they gathered and saw there were five bodies there. Jennifer just understood why the battle was stopped. Even more surprised to see Leo tied up. Leo looked at Jennifer and Frans with a frightened look.

"Today there was an intruder among us. Five people died in battle." Thomas was furious. "We caught Leo with real weapons and shot his comrade in arms. We believe he is a member of the terrorist who infiltrated the group."

"No. I'm not a traitor. This is a misunderstanding. I was framed. I exchanged weapons with someone. Because the weapon I used was stuck," said Leo.

"Who that person is. You must know," said Michael.

Leo looked at everyone wearing black shirts in confusion.

"You can't point anyone? Don't make excuses," Michael kicked Leo in the face. So Leo fell to the side with his face hitting the gravel-covered ground.

"Take him to the dungeon. We'll interrogate him later," Thomas said.

Leo was dragged by several agents away from the place. Meanwhile, the five bodies were also brought for autopsy and identification before being sent back to their respective countries.

"All of you will be interrogated as witnesses," Thomas told everyone. "Therefore, all of you gather within the hall and must not leave the premises until the investigation is complete."

Everyone was silent. No one's tragedy shooting will happen. They didn't even think that someone had actually been killed until the siren sounded.

Jennifer and Frans sat alone. Bastian was also with them. Bastian looks very sad. While Janeth sat elsewhere.

"I'm sure it wasn't Leo who did it. Surely the real criminals manipulated the situation so that Leo became a suspect," said Bastian.

"I thought so too. Leo has been here longer than I have. Why would Leo do that now. If he was a terrorist he should have done it a long time ago." Frans thought hard about how to get Leo out. Meanwhile Jennifer didn't say anything. But in silence Jennifer was hiding something.

Jennifer saw Janeth approaching Leo. But Jennifer didn't see if Jennifer swapped weapons or not. Because, at that time Jennifer almost got shot and dodged. While in safety Jennifer saw neither Janeth nor Leo.

One by one people were called into the investigation room. It wasn't long before it was Jennifer's turn. It just so happened that it was Thomas who would be interrogating Jennifer.

"Are you okay?" asked Thomas.

Jennifer nodded.

"During the battle did you see anything strange and suspicious?" asked Thomas.

Jennifer nodded.

"Tell me Jennie. You can trust me," said Thomas.

"I'm not sure. But I saw Janeth approaching Leo at that time. But because they were in the fight I didn't pay attention to what they were doing," said Jennifer.

"Are you sure it's Janeth?" asked Thomas.

"Of course. Even though Janeth's whole face is covered. I, who raised Janeth with my own hands, know Janeth's gestures very well and know her body very well."

Thomas had guessed. Since Janeth's arrival the security of Secret Island is no longer guaranteed. Something bad will keep happening. Thomas was sure Janeth wouldn't move on her own. There must be someone involved.

"Okay. I hope you stay alert. There's a suspicion that Janeth actually knows who you are. Janeth is just pretending she doesn't."

"But, Janeth is my twin sister. How could Janeth intend to hurt me. Janeth should have realized that Max was a criminal. Janeth must regret what she did to me. Why should I be wary. We should have hugged each other," said Jennifer.

"If Janeth does change and regrets. Why did Janeth pretend not to know you from the start, Jennie. I'm worried if Janeth takes the wrong path. Trust me, for now you better be careful," Thomas asked.

Jennifer sighed as she got up and left the room. Then Jennifer walked to her house. Jennifer thought about Thomas's words over and over. About who knows Janeth is taking the wrong path.

It seemed impossible that Janeth had taken the wrong path. Janeth does seem childish but Janeth is kind. Until Max comes along and changes everything. If only Max was in front of Janeth right now. Jennifer wanted to kill the man.

"You're so gloomy," said Fran.

Jennifer was very surprised by the sudden appearance of Frans.

"You startled me," Jennifer said.

"Sorry, I didn't know you would be surprised," said Frans. "Did they scare you?"

"No. I just feel sorry for Leo. But it can't be helped. We'd better get some sleep and think of a way after the mind settles down."

"You're right," said Frank. "I'll take you home."

The two of them walked out of the hall together. They didn't know that Janeth was watching the two from afar.

"See you tomorrow," Jennifer said, then closed the door. Unbeknownst to anyone, Jennifer looked at a map of the location of the place and studied it. Jennifer looks for a loophole to infiltrate the dungeon only to run into Leo.
