Sage’s POV
Alpha King came to our pack half an hour ago and currently everyone is sitting on the dinning table and are eating their lunch.
Alpha Damien kept glancing in my direction every now and then but didn’t say anything to me for which I am grateful.
“So Damien, tell me when are you going to marry my daughter and make her your Luna” Alpha King asked and took another bite from his plate.
“ I was planning on talking about this matter after lunch. But I guess we can talk now” Damien said and placed his fork on the table.
“Alpha King, I am sorry. I can’t marry Elaine” As soon as these words left from his mouth everyone stopped eating.
My heart dropped to the pit of my stomach and my breath hitched. I was shocked.
Alpha King looked at him with a raised brow, asking for explanation.
