I trail quietly behind Jensen as he leads us to his room. He turns his head and scowls. “You know, you can walk next to me.” I quirk a brow. “I didn’t realize it mattered where I walked.” His scowl deepens. “It doesn’t. It just feels... weird.” I pique a brow. “What? That I’m walking slightly behind you?” “Forget it,” he mumbles. I simply shrug. He swings open his bedroom door and steps aside, allowing me to go in first. He peeks down the hall before closing the bedroom door with a soft click. “What’s with the secrecy?” I ask.
