Joanna felt miserable,while she wish she could turn back the hands of time.
She knew it is exactly what she sow she is reaping,
She decided to let go of him,Because she believes she does nt deserve his love anymore.
"Babe, what's up,why are you looking dull?,how was work today?,don't tell me it your boss again? Kylie bombard her with series of questions...
"Chill Kylie,you are gonna swallow me up with questions,but first guess who I came across today?
"look,you know am not really good with guesses,so just tell me and stop all these your guessing game"
"it Alex,My boss instructed me to go to alliance cooperation limited and convince them to partner with us ,thank goodness I went with Amelia,the witch in our company....I would have froze to death"
"what the heck!",tell me you are not joking right now? Kylie exclaimed, hands akimbo.
"Kylie do I look like am joking right now,am damn serious,and can you believe what he said to me .....he said "it been a while miss Joanna rays"
"OMG!,like am literally lost on what to say,did you guys talk,like privately? Kylie inquire further.
"No....he did not even sign the document...he just said he will get back to our company via Email.
"Am sure he won't forgive you that easily,you just have to give him space,don't worry .... everything will be okay"

THE NEXT DAY AT WORK
Joanna got to work with a disturb mind.something feels off but she can't just place her hand on it.
"Joanna....wait..wait..."Amelia scream from a distance,...
Joanna scorned,"what the hell!,for what reason do you have to yell my name"
"Easy Anna,I was asking you the other day,how did you know the CEO of alliance cooperation but you were very moody,don't tell me he is one of your suger daddy,or you had a one night stand with him...just say it...how did you know him"she asked in a mockery tone.
"I don't see why I have to say anything anymore, when you have assume where I knew him,look you can go ahead and ask him yourself," Joanna replied with disdain, and walk away.
"miss Joanna,Mrs Smith call for you"
Joanna heart tighten up immediately as if aware of the situation ahead ....
"Good morning Mrs Smith,you call for me"
" yes,you are aware Mr Alex have not become out business sponsorer,
He made me a proposal and it concerns you,he says you have to come and work for him for 3 months and he will sponsor us"Mrs Smith said smiling
Joanna's blood seems to rush from her head to her toe , causing her to lose focus and stagger a bit.
"like...like...like ..I really.. really.....don't seem to get what you mean ma" Joanna tremble,it was as if Mrs Smith was speaking gibberish.
"I said Mr Alex wants you to come and work for him for 3 months before he can be a sponsorer of this company"She repeated loudly.
"No...no..no.....no ma ,it is not possible,maybe...maybe ..maybe,I think he is talking about Miss Amelia,it should be her...let me call her for you ma..."Joanna said and stood up hurriedly..to call Amelia
"Madam,does it look as if am having difficulty with my ear or is it the other way round?"
Joanna halted immediately she heard what her boss said .
"look miss rays,if you know you are not capable enough to follow this company's rules and regulations,I will be glad to receive your resignation letter tomorrow morning...you are dismiss..
The rest of the day went slowly than usual for Joanna,she could not seem to decide on what to do.
she noticed she was feeling weird the moment she step into the company today.she can't seem to fathom what made Alex come up with such decision,she tread the unknown.

"jeez!,babe...will you say something,you are really scaring the hell out of me,are you pregnant? you lost money?are you on your monthly circle?did Alex reject the deal?were you sacked? what the hell is going on!!
"Alex made a request to my boss"Joanna replied in a croak voice...

"He said before he can accept to sponsor the company and sign the contract,I have to come and work for him for 3 months "
