Shadow Protector (Memories of the day)

Having been a powerful supernatural being sometimes is a curse. The Curse that will kept hunting you, the curse that will kept knocking at your door. I'm talking about spiritual curse but physical curse. The Moon Goddess deliberately curse you in disguise.  Let me ask you this question, What's is the essence of having power without been able to protect yourself?  What's the essence of you having supernatural power?  Supernatural Being fought and s*******r mostly because of greed and self influence while some fought because of love. Because of this three things, war never cease to prevail, not just a war but world wide supernatural war. But I battle because of peace of human kind. Weird, right?  Been a supernatural but fought to protect human race and supernatural race. I fought many endless war just to protect human kind and supernatural because it's my responsibility. Defeating many antagonist that were far powerful than me but what I fail to notice is , my real enemy or the human race and supernatural enemy isn't outdoors but indoors with me.  But at last, I failed.  I'm neither a wolf nor a vampire.  I'm not a shifter nor blender.   I am a full pledge Shadow Protector. Shadow Protector who fought against the Greed of supernatural being. I aren't just a members Shadow Protector but the Supremo.  The dreaded Supremo whom command hundreds thousands of immortal Shadows Protector. Supremo who lead many victories War, Supremo who wield the ancient wanted weapons.  But I'm a failure.  'The Day of unforgotten'.  The curse day I lost everything precious to me. The day I won and lose great things, the day I turned demon.  Getting back home after a long endless war and witnessed their death. Her beautiful smile, her lovely face, I promise to protect her but I failed.  My beautiful beloved wife, Raine, whom I witnessed her death without doing anything. My beloved two children, Jedrick and Selena was assassinated before me by him.  Their face kept hunting me, ranging in my head was their voice asking 'Why don't you fulfill your promises to protect us?'.  I had see many supernatural creatures who became feral because of the loss of ther Soul-mate and never thought that such an awful thing will happen to me as well.  The pain was so intense that I stopped fighting and froze at my spot. My breathing became ragged and I felt air around me turn denser and harder to breathe in.  I felt the ground beneath my feet disappeared as I could no longer feel my legs. It was as if someone had sucked my entire life soul out and I was just a soulless being.  Everything became meaningless, even I myself and my existence in this realm, that feeling alone was torturous.  I felt my inside were been torn apart and there was nothing I could do to make it easier.  The pain this time was thousands times more painful than anything I had ever felt before, much more painful than most painful things that I had ever felt In my entire life.  I fell down to the ground, hissing in pain, as if my voice was racing against upheaval that was going around me. Blood swosh behind me fastly as a sharp sword came in contact with my flesh. The sorrow of losing precious family and few warriors has left me soulless, the sword marked doesn't makes me feel any pain because I was in great pain already.  The traitor evil smile rendered me speechless. He betrayed me.  The traitor who killed my whole family, thw whole family who treated him like a brothers. He walked toward me with the sword.  "Why are you surprised to see me Supremo?" The evil traitor beckoned while squatting before me. His murderous gaze never left my sight.  I lied down to the ground motionless without blinking, everything is gone all because of power, all because of greed and position.  Nothing was more painful than this......... As if the whole dimension was falling apart and I didn't even seem care if the human race were destroyed.  'Kill them all'  But I can't stand nor revenge anymore because I was dying.  "The more you tried to fight, the more the poison in you takes effect Supremo" The traitor, whom I once considered beloved disciple said. I already knew then because I can't stand properly while fighting.  "Don't you see that I plan it well? Annihilating the whole Supremo and his family with just a few warriors..... Using poison can't be considered as cheating, right?"  With his whole word dropping into my ear, I felt to kill anyone but I can't, even I don't have the power now because of the Red plant Poison.  "I felt like a God while witnessing the despair of a whole Supremo and his family"  And that's the only word that makes unlock my demon. Al I felt now is to kill, kill them all now!. I stand and then the fight begins once more. I attack and killed many warriors blindly, I felt like a full Demon now, all I know now is to kill. I will kill them all, those who destroy my life.  Pain racked through my body system, the sword fell from my hands. The Moon Crescent Sword was thrust into my chest from behind hardly. The Moon Cresent sword was something that can kill any creature. My leg gave way before felling to the ground violently, without looking behind, I knew who thrust the sword behind me.  Tears flow down from my cheeks when my gaze landed on my lifeless wife and children once more.  Is this the end?   I thought I can protect my loved one but I failed at last. "Goodbye Supremo"  With that words, I felt the sword thrust into my heart, immense pain cracked all through my body system. With that, the Shadow Protectors lose their Supremo and the position fell into the hand of the evil. No more Protector because Shadow Protector only listen to the Supremo. Then last thing I saw before I breathe my last breath was my soul less family. I died.  "I'M THE NEW SUPREMO"
