After explaining the rundown of the required statistics for Warrior, Guardian, Rogue, Ranger, Healer, Wizard and Necromancer, the gamers before me get to work as they reallocated their attributes accordingly.

Once they had done so, the gamers felt relieved at having such a Leader, and somehow they excused themselves as they wanted to communicate something among themselves. Since the MMORPG - The Lord Of The Red Dragon is equipped with internal communication where they could conduct a private chat among themselves. After some time, they returned back and were happy to conclude what they have in their minds.

"Leader Za, we would like to appoint you as our Captain during Dungeon and Party Raids, if you don't mind. We would also like to be part of the SilverBane workshop and would also be contributing all our reputation points to the Guild Leader when the time comes. As you know, we were made up of misfits, and all of us are free2play gamers. Any credit received is also an income for us to upkeep our gaming expenses, as well as our daily needs. Besides, you had shown us your prowess in leading a party and so, being a Captain, your instructions and commands would be heeded. What do you think, Captain?"

I did not realise that I would be able to capture their hearts the moment I made them enter the Dungeon on Hellish Mode at all. Despite the curses that I had received on the initial part, but after receiving their loot, they were more than happy to share among themselves. Besides, I am sure that this partnership among the new gamers that I had found would be a long run instead. I can see them as not being greedy for fame and fortune, but rather, they regard this MMORPG game as part of an occupation that would be able to sustain them as much as possible. Then, an imaginary lantern lit up above my head, and I had an idea after all.

"Since you had made me your Captain, I would like to delegate all of you as my lieutenants. As my lieutenants, I would make you swear allegiance to SilverBane workshop and then became a Guild. A well-known Guild is known for its trade, resources, prowess; and it will be named as 'Silent Knights'."

"Our numbers now may be little, but our combined dedication would be lethal. Each respective lieutenants would be responsible for recruiting the same set of Class under you, and you would need to carry them to gain levels and thus deploying the right points accordingly."

"Not only that, you lieutenants would have a chance to discover new grounds - unlisted grounds that had not been updated in the maps. It may take some footwork, but it is worth it. The thing is to engage mobs which is at least 10 times higher than you. That BOSS - The Scarred Mocking Gorilla was a Level 15 BOSS and had at least 2000 HP, 500 MANA and 500 STR...!"

Everyone gaped in astonishments since no one had the time to check the stats for the BOSS that they had encountered in HELLISH MODE earlier. They thought that the BOSS does not even have any stats at all. What they had faced could be considered like a BOSS from a raid. But N-O...! The BOSS from HELLISH MODE was 3x stronger and formidable as they thought it could be.

Everyone was looking at one another and was thinking to themselves whether they should confront their newly appointed Captain since I had tricked them into going to HELLISH MODE and thus defeating the BOSS in a single attempt.

OTHER PARTY MEMBERS ARE HAVING DIFFICULTIES IN NORMAL MODE...!!! And we simply waltzed through and danced around the mobs that came in waves in coordination by their Captain.

"Hahahaha...!!! You know what? Let's put everything behind since we had successfully main the first clear of the HELLISH MODE Dungeon...! It was difficult as hell, but we made it, and it is not for our Captain here, we might have lost EXP, equipment and also the desire to continue our adventures here. Since everything had been decided, and also we treat this MMORPG as part of our occupation, then as we hailed Baroness Za as our Captain, we would duly swear allegiance to SilverBane."

I smiled to myself the moment I heard the ex-leader of the party mentioned about swearing allegiance to the Workshop.

"Since you had made up your minds, come on then, you have credits, right? Let's go purchase a pouch that would be able to expand your spatial storage space by another 5 slots. Then we would purchase a pickaxe, and I would bring you to a place where there are a lot of rocks, ores as well as minerals and semi-precious gemstones to unearth. But bear in mind that the place we go there has a guardian and the agro bubble of that beast is rather short. We would not want to attract aggro on that beast because it is Level 15. And frankly, none of us here could match it."

I knew that they have fishing rods that they had bought, and it could help Tinkerbell. But right now, what we need would be masonry to exchange for reputation points in building a Guild Hall. Secondly, the fire or ice crystals could not be sold to the NPCs but could be turned into something else. Then the topaz and white zirconia could be traded for credits. Last but not least, I could purchase any precious gemstones the guys could find. Furthermore, 8 of us working together to mine those outcropping rocks would be better than one, am I right?

"How about me, Captain? Should I be following you to mine as well?" Tinkerbell asked since she was the one left out.

"Don't worry Tinkerbell, once you have reached level 20 for your fishing and cooking, you can take up Plant and Bug Lore. In this way, you would be able to get the ingredients required. You decide if you want to forever be a Chef, or be a mana or health potioneer? Because I can tell you this - you would be a Chef, and your cuisine would be known throughout the 4 continents. It would be better to concentrate on one profession since it takes longer to level up as you go on."

"Listen up guys, along the way, I need you to help me find those Lifestyle gamers as well. Look for them when they just started this MMORPG. If they were looking for combat, then tell them to leave the Lifestyle Skills alone since they would be better off grinding with us, don't you think so, guys?"

The rest of them nodded in agreement as what I had mentioned earlier. As for Tinkerbell, she decides that she would be concentrating on her Fishing and Culinary instead.

"Here you go Captain, the recipes for the mana and health potions. I don't think I would need them at the moment."

"Eh, you got me wrong Tinkerbell. There's a recipe that requires fish as their main ingredient and the only side ingredient to make the mana and health potion would be cod liver oil and apple juice respectively."

Tinkerbell scratched her head foolishly as she took back the recipes that she intends to return to me.

"Thanks for highlighting to me, so I would not be concentrating on grilling anymore once I can catch the codfishes, am I right, since there would be another method towards preparing the fish?"

"That's right, Tinkerbell. You would be working towards the stewing part to make cod liver oil. Once you had made the cod liver oil, you would need the kind of mushroom to make the mana potions. As for the health potions, you would need apple juice and a bug. Hope you are not squemish when handling such bugs later in your career, right?"

Tinkerbell looked in horror as she shivered as she thought about bugs, and the first thing that entered her mind was COCKROACHES...!!!
