Forming A Party

26th December 1018 / 2018 1330hrs After explaining the perks and benefits of being in a workshop, she agreed with my suggestions. She knew that I was a sort like a BETA TESTER since I had advised her on the knowledge of fishing and being a Lifestyle gamer instead. I also had highlighted to her that through fishing, not only she could earn credits, but she could turn the catch to be some sort of healing potions. I added that with the right guidance, she could also turn her catch into mana potions as well. Her eyes lit up when she heard that and when she asked me how I knew so much, I simply said that I had read and reread the manual inside the MMORPG platform that I had turned into a walking Wikipedia. "Alright, Za. You are the leader. I am sure I would be in safe hands once I have someone whom I can trust. Besides, you mentioned that you wanted to call Snowball? How about I call him for you and then you can join his band of members. Furthermore, I think he had already risen in his levelling up, and he is already on the leaderboard or something." I was sitting down as I observed Tinkerbell fishing, and I could see that her EXP was raising steadily. "Alright then, please do so and call Snowball for me. If he cannot come here, then I would find a way to get to him and his friends." I answered, and Tinkerbell stopped for a while as she connected her communications. After a short moment, she shuts the communication down and then sat down beside me. "Za, Snowball and his group of friends would be coming here instead. When he heard that I met a BETA TESTER, he was delighted and decided to stop grinding and come and meet us instead. He should be here in 30 minutes or so. By the way, do you have anything else to do? If not, I would go and grab some lunch in the real world." Tinkerbell highlighted to me since I could hear the faint growling. "Hahaha. You go on ahead. I would follow suit. My lunch break is only 15-20 minutes, and I would be here once I am done." I replied as I go look for a comfortable place to log off and return once I am done. There was a small indentation within a tree when I looked around near the fishing hole. After I managed to squeeze inside the indentation, I logged off. I knew that it was a risk to log off outside of the city limits, but I had no choice, and I knew that I would come back within the spot because I was within the safe zone of the city. In the earlier stages of the game, gamers would not be attacked if within a certain distance from the city walls, but in the future patches and upgrades, we would even be attacked just by stepping out the gates. Beasts usually would keep away from us if we are of the same or higher level than them since their aggro would not be attracted by it. =*= After I had my lunch at home in the real world, I logged in afterwards and appeared within the indentation of a tree that I had squeezed in earlier. I peered outside and found that there was more than one gamer fishing at the fishing hole besides Tinkerbell. I came out from my hiding place and went forward to greet as I recognised one of the gamers that had the 'Snowball' ID hovering his head. There were also several others like ShadowDancer, Crusader, DragonFire, WarPriestess, MageHunter and last but not least, PuppetMaster. Their Classes were Tank, Rogue, Guardian, Archer, Healer, Wizard and Necromancer respectively. Out of those seven, two were female gamers, and they were DragonFire and WarPriestess. By looking at their equipment, it was still shabby since "Hi Tinkerbell, seems like everyone here is fishing in the same fishing hole, eh?" I greeted the one that I knew most since it would be awkward to address those guys whom I had no acquaintance with. "Oh, hello there. Nice to meet you again." Snowball greeted me back, and I noticed he did not greet me by my ID, and I decided to let it remain as it is. "Oh, hello there, Snowball. Yes, we had met earlier in the game, and I understand both you and Tinkerbell are a couple, right?" I asked casually, and they both grinned and blushed as I somehow had revealed their relationship in this MMORPG game. "As you can see, we do not need any introduction here, and you can see all of our ID here. When the first time we met, we thought that you are a female NPC that had defeated the werewolf that had disguised itself as the Mayor of the Town Hall. Since there was no more Mayor, the quest that I had queued up was a total waste, am I right?" Snowball highlighted to me the time when we first met as he addressed me as an adventurer. "Everyone, you may call me Za. I guessed everyone knew what we are gathered here for, am I right?" I voiced out my thoughts to them since everyone was made up of the different Class group, and I observed that no one is higher than Level 5 right now. After bumping fists with everyone, I announced to them a matter that disturbed the rest of the group. "Alright, I know that you all wanted to level up as much as possible. I had gained several internal information that you may not realise. I wished to form a party and head to The Phoenix Delves where the other gamers were setting up party raids over at Hamcona Timberland Forest." "I realise that you all wanted to upgrade yourselves very much, but in this situation, your equipment was a mix and match made from cloth and leather armour, am I right?" "All of you do not even have a proper set of armour and let me tell you this - the drops for The Phoenix Delves in the Hamcona Timberland Forest consists of Level 5 to Level 10 armour pieces and weapons." "Tell you what? Even if a raid party have good armour and weapons, but without a proper strategy, a total team wipe would occur. Everyone would respawn back at the respawning area and then you may lose EXP as well as your equipment on yourself as well as in your inventory...! The worse part is humiliation, don't you think so?" I drilled the words that I had mentioned right into their minds since I knew that the ego of the guys would be more than the girls who played in this MMORPG. The mention of the word humiliation would surely sore them for a few days, and I am sure it would hurt their ego very much. "Do you have a strategy? I have seen the video that was captured by Tinkerbell, and it mentions about workshops et cetera. The video also captured the conversations about what both of you had discussed. I am piqued, and so do the rest of my team members. Could you unhide your ID so that we would be able to see your competency Level and discuss with my team if you can join us or not? Furthermore, we would be up against workshops that called themselves as the Judgement Clan, Verdict Order and Grim Company, to name a few." "I get to know the names of those workshops because my team was being rejected by them and became lone wolves before banding together to form a party of R E J E C T S. You get what I mean?" "We are being refused entry to be a member of the team just because we are not pay2win gamers. All of us here are free2play gamers, and I guessed that you must be one of those pay2win ones. Looking at your gear, one would have surmised that you belonged to that category of gamer." Snowball concluded his fact and its the truth in every MMORPG platform. The strong get stronger while the weak would remain weak forever...! However, you are dead wrong, Snowball...You are dead wrong about me. I am a free2play gamer as well, but I had the knowledge from this game that would be most advantageous once I had registered for a guild and had built a guildhall...! JUST YOU WAIT...!!!
